I check out mmorpg.com 3-5 times a day, so I feel I am part of the community here. However I dont post often because I belive that the fourms are made up of childish WOW lovers who do nothing but put down any new game that comes along.

So after the crap that  SOE has pulled I canceled my preorder and had gamestop switch the full amount over to SWTOR preorder. Now I have to find a game to fill the time. I was thinking about going back to DDO, but that is last resort. Anyone have any Ideas of a fun game to play for a few months?

While possibly dramatic, it is indicative of the customer service culture the company is developing during a time where the hype and expectations are at their peak. Failure to address the missing keys during business hours bespeaks a sense of arrogance or contempt for those who devoted themselves to being paying customers.

While I understand that they are most likely busy, they should not make an offer that cannot be delivered on, or if some unforseen event causes it to be delayed, open and direct communications should be established immediately. My personal opinion is that with this much hype, the keys should have been sent out at midnight last night, and any delays should have been documented and updated upon. 

How would you have handled it, once you had put this offer out there?

So after sitting here for 3 hours pushing refresh every 5 seconds I give up, how I keep missing out I dont know. If anyone wants to be my hero and PM me one , It would really make my month. With 2 young kids I  cant sit here any longer clicking refresh. (and at this point and trying for 3 hours I wounder if any of these keys are valid, how could I miss everytime?)

Ya I have try'ed over 100 of the keys posted and not 1 has worked, been trying the for almost 3 hours now with no luck.
