Id rather fight dragons than pandas.

I like PAG. It sounds offensive. Just like most F2P games are.

They should work at cemeteries. All they do is kill things.

Im going to be a male aristocratic assasin. I purposesly did not play too far in beta to avoid spoiling it. Though my second character will probably be a norn guardian. Nothing like big women in chainmail.

SWTOR is a MASSIVELY Single-player game. I mean why else would you have to move through 2 instanced zones just to go to another planet. Why can I land my ships straight on a planet???? Seriously. Skip all the dumb flying cutscenes and land me straight to the planet.

With all the instancing done in this game, its not fair to call it an MMO. People still have a hard time labeling GuildWars(Trilogy) as an MMO. Theyre both more like CO-RPGs with multiplayer chat.

Theres a ranking system called "ELO" they use. Good is relative to the ELO youre at. You may be good at lower levels, or bad at higher levels. The idea is that there are crazy good people that they try to seperate from the mediocre people.

Not saying youre bad, its definately a fun game. But there are thousands if not hundreds of thousands of REALLY BAD players out there. Hopefully youll raise above them and learn to play decently.

Top support so far are Blitz, Alistar, Nidalee, and healers like Sona/Soraka. The best supports are ones with CC and a type of heal for the carries. As a support your job is to NOT kill any minions, let the carry get them all. You just poke at the enemy with spells and/or heal your carry as they poke them. Playing AD/AP carries are significantly different playstyle than support.

Good support items generally include auras to buff other characters (Aegis of the Legion) or activatbles (like "Shurelya's Reverie" or "Locket of the Iron Solari")

Ill play it with my buddies/close friends for free. Probably wont bother paying for warzones or any of that crap.

They have alot of bugs to work out. From what I understand.

Ive been bored lately and its still a month out for GW2. Anyone whos still playing think its worth subbing to? I mean arent they about to lay off another half of the dev team for it? Doesnt that mean theyre not going to be updating anymore?

When I called SWTOR a "Massively Singleplayer game" I typically meant that it wouldve been a much better game if they just made it singleplayer. There was so much instancing (and at the time so little players) it felt as if I was always alone... aka singleplayer. Even though I encountered quests that required groups, there were no groups to play with. So I called it singleplayer.

Ive been thinking about it. I am bored atm.

Why does anyone play it anymore? Maybe he wants it to be good. Theres hope right? Right??

I thought game was cheesy. Then I did one of the investigation missions. I dont think Ive ever had another game that challenging. Atleast MMO wise. Most mmos are all about combat, which is why people keep hating on this one.

And if this does turn out to be sandboxish, then it wont really have endgame. In a sandbox, endgame is what you make it. Not what they give you(Themepark).

A settler class, and an explorer class. These are the things Im interested in. All MMOs nowadays are about combat. Finding one thats not strictly combat will be interesting. Being able to make a settlment/inn/waypoint for other players to stop at? That sounds pretty cool
