Hey Joy, I remember you from DR. Pretty sure I knew your character in GSIII as well. Hope all is well. Mysil |

I am pretty sure I remember you Cemm. Were you a trailblazer? I still remember alot of the old trailblazers..Violet, Gurt, Mir, Elriic, Wyett, Shapeshifter. Those were the days.... |

I started playing GSIII when they had an advertisement of the front page of AOL. I loved it from the start, and then Simutronics opened beta for Dragonrealms. I got into the beta with 4 other friends and never looked back. I too was a trailblazer, although not liked by many for my AFK scripting. I have played almost every MMO released from theme park to sandbox and my greatest memories are from DR. I even met my wife playing DR The fallen. Even though I gave the GM staff hell and they hated my scripting, they were always professional and as fair as I could ask. I would recommend any Simutrionics game, highly in depth and immersive worlds and gameplay. Great community and staff. Mysil |

I just updated the BIOS. There were updates that claim to fix memory issues. Also I had AUTO under memory speed and it was clocking my memory at 1333, I have changed that to 1600. I will undo the overclock to the CPU as well, I do not have any problems with speed at this point. Hopefully this works, thanks for helping. =) |

------------------ ------------ -------------------- --------------- I have Catalyst 12.1 installed. Also, yes I am using the Asus suite to auto tune <overclock> my CPU. I have it set to fast, 4.4 Ghz. |

I have only had the computer built for 3 days so far. It is running fine, no overheating, the hardware seems fine. The computer is only blue screening after hours of gaming. It seems to be something to do with my ram or the cache? It seems to be crashing from having to dump my physical memory. As long as I am not gaming the computer will not blue screen. |

It has happened while playing Star Wars The Old Republic and Rift. I have not noticed it any other time while just surfing the web, only while playing a game. I have another issue I forgot to mention, whenever my computer goes into sleep mode, I move my mouse or click a key, the computer wakes up however my monitor stays black |
|
|
BTW, I got a Crucial 128GB SSD. This is my first SSD, and I find it pretty confusing. Most of the time when my computer resets whatever was running starts up where it left off, also Windows does not ask me to sign in. Its almost as if the computer does not do a clean reboot. Is this a Windows 7 feature or the SSD? |

Hey guys, I just built a new computer and I am experiencing some hiccups. I had an old system Dual core pentium with 3 gigs of ram. I was having tons of problems trying to play Rift and Star Wars, especially in pvp. Now this new system I got the Asus Maximus IV Extreme P67 motherboard with a i7 2600k processor and Corsair Vengence 16 GBs of DD3 1600 ram. I am using my same graphics card ATI Radeon 5770. Now of course I notice a huge improvement playing, almost no lag at all with everything turned up. However after hours of playing I get a blue screen for physical memory and it dumps and resets the computer. I am using Windows 7 Premium and checked and it does in fact show 16 gbs of ram. Do I have something set improper? Is there a way to have the computer clear the physical memory while your playing to avoid these crashes? Also I was thinking about buying the new Radeon 7970 cards, any thoughts? |

People that have pre-ordered should get priority to beta testing the game. The whole incentive to pre-ordering is the chance to play ahead of the people that do not pre-order. Why is that? Because players are competative and seeking that advantage. The pre-order players should get the chance to try the classes as to nail down their main character to take advantage of that head start. But hey thats just my opinion. |

Its BS. It seems that only the people that have not pre-order are getting invites trying to lure them into pre-ordering. Lots of people that have registered since day one and pre-ordered since day one have not had a chance to beta. |

Thanks for the info. I wouldn't play again if they refuse to fix the account. I had a lvl 45 and 3 lvl 35s. That was a shit ton of grinding before they added the increased exp. Guess it wasn't meant to be. |

I just today had the urge to play Aion again. I logged into NCSoft's website only to see my account is banned and I can not reactivate. What bullshit. I pre ordered and played for almost 3 months before I canceled my subscription. Someone must of hacked into my account and farmed/ sold gold. When you guys got your accounts back, were the characters still there?? Were they void of items and gold? I had about 1 million and tons of gear from my armor crafter. Been playing MMO's since Meridian 59 and ive never had my account jacked or banned. Not sure this game is worth it. PS> What number did you guys call for customer service??? Ive looked all over the site and I can't find a number to call. |

If anyone doesn't like or is tired already of the Aion beta, id love to get a key to try the game. Email is colonnelli71@yahoo.com Thanks in advance and I hope you guys are enjoying the game. |

I owe them an apology because I got personal with my Poll. I owe them an apology because I wished their company ill, before actually trying their product. I still do feel their approach to their customers is wrong, however I did get personal. Bottom line this game is really that good. The freedom you have is immense and about damn time. The skill system is excellent, the combat, the crafting...its just fun. All I can say is ive tried almost every MMO out and this game fits me perfectly. Now for someone that doesnt like a pvp based game, you prolly won't like this game. While I do agree that AoC and Warhammer appeal in different ways, I stand by my comment...I would be critting myself at Darkfalls material our right now...not to mention its potential. Their only issue right now is correcting the sync issue<small memory leak>. The queue while annoying...will fix itself once they have more servers up and running. This game is not in beta like people are saying, its very polished and way better then AoC when it released. Now Warhammer was very polished but its missing that "magic" and I really don't think you can fix that. Bottom line to anyone waiting to play Darkfall, I know it sucks waiting and their handle on the problem sucks..but give this game a play when you can finally get a copy. For the flammers, oh well I don't give a rats ass what you say on a fucking forum...im having a blast playing this game. PS> The ganking is not anywhere near as bad as people make it out to be. Most people are just hunting away, with an occasional 12 yr old in puperty <tons of hormones and wants to hump your leg> randomly attacking. It is also very easy to unrogue if you accidently hit someone so fear not. |

I owe Darkfall and Tasos a huge apology. I posted last Thurdsday very angry and dissappointed with the way they are doing their limited sales. Now while I still feel its unfair to most people that work here in NA during those times <well anywhere that may work those times>, and I do think they are taking too long to bring up more servers. On Friday I actually got a copy of Darkfall from someone else and I paid double the sale price. Now I know alot of people are going to think im nuts. The bottom line id pay four times the sale ammount since playing it. This game is f+cking amazing. Now the guy who sold me the account thought it was a pile of dog poo and he was going back to WoW <He was totally serious about WoW>. Darkfall is not the best graphically, its a little clunky to control, its got sync problems. However it also has "magic", that something special. This game is incrediable to play, its so much fun and encomposing you can't leave. The NPC AI plays better then every Alliance BG player. Hell I think if you had 9 DF NPCs with you in a WSG game you would win 90% of the time. The biggest thing I didn't know was how everything breaks eventually and most can't be repaired...this is awesome. Every crafting skill is needed and doesnt go stale. The economy keeps moving due to the durability issue. The only major problem I see is the sync error which eventually causes hunting to be almost impossiable. To the Darkfall team and Tasos, im truely sorry, you have made something special <while not for everyone>. Rest assured this game is not going anywhere and it will battle and topple the other PvP biased games out there. AoC and Warhammer should be critting their pants in fear. |

What a complete load of crap.
A company advertises their product to attract interest from potential customers so those potential customers will purchase said product. If the company fails to deliver in any way shape or form they can and should expect negative feedback and some will be more vocal then others depending on how much the person feels they were mislead.
Trying to make it the gamers fault for expecting a company to deliver on their promise is why we see such crappy games being released. Stop trying to deflect blame. Instead of holding develpers accountable for the crap MMOs they produce by not catering to (buying) their product, some gamers will just swallow anything then ask for more. The sad part is as they get the crap MMOs they ask for by enabling shoddy work the rest of us get it as well.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now thats what my dumb a$$ was trying to say basically. Thank you. I want to point out too, how freaking stupid is DF to open their MMO with 1 server?!? The game has been in development like 8 years...are you kidding me? One server?!? Did they not realize how many customers they would have? Did they not do a pre sale? No excuse to not have a dozen servers at least to start. I hope it comes back to bite your pathetic company on the a$$. |
