With version 1.70, the Dark Age of Camelot: New Frontiers free expansion makes its debut. Battlegrounds

No longer will you have to wait until level 15 to be able to enjoy the thrill of fighting against other players in Dark Age of Camelot battlegrounds - now you can do it from day one of your character's existence.

- Players can use the portal ceremonies at the border keeps in their home realm to port into the battlegrounds using the Battleground Medallion of Passage. The names and level ranges of the battlegrounds are as follows:

1 - 4 Proving Grounds
5 - 9 The Lions Den
10 - 14 The Hills of Claret
15 - 19 Killaloe
20 - 24 Thidranki
25 - 29 Braemar
30 - 34 Wilton
35 - 39 Molvik
40 - 44 Leirvik

I think it's a great addition to an already really good polished game.

 Well honestly EQ2 is geared more towards pve so if you want to pvp, you need to join the pvp servers, all the others are only pve including the rp servers. If you start in Antonia Bayle and need help, look me up, toon name = sig name also.

Yeah I don't get this review. EQ2 for me is one of the most casual friendly game in the market. I also don't know why you would pick a pvp server to REVIEW THIS PVE BASED GAME! Sorry but I can hire my 12 year old nephew and he can write a better review... 

I have a lvl 78 Monk and it's a good solo class. I didn't die much levelling since you can always use Feign Death. It's a good solid class. I think the best solo class though is Necromancer.  

If you don't play in the pvp server, the pve servers dont really have pvp on them except for duels and you can go to arena's to duel also but thats it. The game got a lot to offer though even if its just all pve. If you love crafting and housing, you're going to enjoy this game. I play in Antonia Bayle, holler if you play at my server which has some rp'ers on it and I'll help you out.  

I've lost all respect for Xplay and Adam Sessler when they named Fable 2 game of the year last year lol. 

I'm going to give it a shot at least. Trying not to except too much though as it's over-hyped already as it is. Give me space, crafting and housing similar to SWG and I'm set. I hope I get to beta test it first though.

It never claimed to me an open world. Most people prefer it this way except for the immature a**holes that prefer to go to the lowbie zone of the other race and do their *weak* killing there cause they don't have the balls to go to the pvp zone.

Everyone relax! I remember the first time I waited to get in an MMO at release which is when SWG went live. I couldnt get in the first day and barely got on the 2nd day lol. Fun times ahhh

I'm going to be a Gladiator. I like that I can use two swords, use a pole for AOE and sword/shield if I need to tank in a small group. I've always played nothing but melee classes also.

I have a Carpenter and it's my favorite tradeskill. Even if you're not big on decorating, some furniture items sell and you can make storage boxes which everyone needs.

I'm playing Aion at lauch cause I hate getting behind levelling my toon. I dont want to have the first lvl 50 glad but I dont want to be the last either. I want to have a lvl 50 toon about the same time everyone that started has.

8 is more than enough for me. I played SWG for the first couple of years with one toon. I think it will be easier to form a good community.

I think the 22nd of this month. I can't wait either!

Honestly, there is no such thing as a free game. You will need to spend money somehow. Just spend the 15 bucks a month and play Aion when it comes out. Maybe bring lunch one day a week or something. If you really want free go play Anarchy Online, it's not a bad game. Most "free" games will try to push for you to buy in game items though....
