if you want a PvP game that is 'SKILL' based, watch Darkfall when and HOPE the actual beta comes out this year :P

and warhamemr is made by mythic the pvp cant go toooo wrong :P. granted DaoC had a lot of stuff wrong but it was still fun as hell to play. hah.

I dunno exactly why, but Magic, Plate Armor, Druids, Archers are more my taste than some High Tech Laser Weapons and Plasma Blasters and whatnot. Plus, I feel that Melee is not a good idea in "normal" Sci-Fi Universes, if it IS implemented, it feels kinda wrong to me... why would a Sword do more damage than concentrated balls of plasma?
(Also the reason why W40k is the best Sci-Fi Universe IMO, blends Melee and Range so well. Chain-Swords ftw :-)  )

It's a miracle what Vanguard turned out to be after all this. It's almost a decent game. I can only imagine what it could have been. Grats on the skilled people who did all the hard work with it, but never get the credit.

MMO's cant really have set in stone dates and times for things to be done, take a look at all the games that get pushed back nowadays. TCoS, WoW and even warhammer for example.

yes sigil messed up. and its not entirely brads fault. if the game isnt complete and playable, it shouldnt be put out.

You my dear sir need a real big reality check on the number 1 mmorpg game in the world atm, and not the games listed as number 1 here.  If we went by the hype and ranking on this site.  Vanguard and ryzom would be the best games in the world ever. 

im am not talking about this site .. yes its true that wow had a great start and everything... but just accept the fact that more and more people are leaving wow.. and wow is getting killed by all the new mmorpgs comming up...
