I tried VG several times, each times i quit within a month not because the game was bad but because it felt like a was playing a single player game.

Coming from a game company that enjoy banning peoples from their forums for voicing their critiscism on the game i find that attempt laughable.   I agree with most peoples, people whine because the game just plain suck, if it was great peoples would be playing the game and not posting complaints on the forum.

An apparance tab is far from something that would makes me come back to WOW...

I know i'd never play a game where success is based on how much RL cash you can throw in it instead of work and dedication.

I come here to read about MMO's there is already too many games that are border line MMO's.  Diablo is not an MMO, no dont add it.

I'd be an happy camper if only one of these game would be remake.  We can dream i guess.

You can give them 10 out of 10 all you want, for me a game where sucess is based on the amount of money you can spend in it is worth ZERO in my book.

What went wrong ?  WOW happened, that's what went wrong.   Before WOW most MMO's were sandbox, Asheron'S Call, Anarchy Online, EQ.   After 2004 every new games being released only tried to immitate WOW.   I'm missing good sandbox game really bad.  In fact the 2 MMO's i played the longest are Asheron's Call from 1999 to 2002 and Anarchy Online from 2002 to 2005, two of the best sandbox mmo ever made.

I still hope one day some devs would have the guts to break the WOW mold and return to the true MMO genre, sandbox.

I dont know anything about this game but i'm thinking that something must be very wrong if a guy who invest 60k in a game is able to get kill by 6 low level guy.

WOW is a chore endgame, they should be grateful they kept peoples doing the chore for so long, now they are tired, finally.    As for myself i've been tired for 2 years now.

You are so right about controllers.  I start playing the Xbox about 3 years ago and at first i absolutly suck with a controller.  I could'nt even move a character in straight line or even keep the camera where i wanted it to be.  Took me a few weeks to start feeling confortable using a controller instead of a mouse and keyboard.  But now i'm converted, i prefer playing games on my 360 instead of my PC. 

Of course graphics are better on the computer but that's pretty much the only edge the computer has over the console.  You can upgrade a computer anytime, however new console only comes up once every 4-5 years, so it's normal that game release today look way better on the PC instead of the 3 years old 360.

I dont see the big deal with that.  When you post an auction on a real site like ebay you pay fees, it's the same thing here.  Virtual or physical items, same thing in my book.

The game is a fail already for me.  I'm not interested in playing WOW with a Star Wars skin.  From what i gathered, this is exactly what this game is gonna be, a glorified WOW clone with a Star Wars skin.

F2P is a scam.  The only true F2P MMO's i know is Guild Wars.   I'm not playing an MMO where you success is based on how much you are willing to pay.   Success in MMO should be based on dedication not how deep your wallet is.

Peoples are really that excited to play WOW all over again ?  Cause SWTOR is WOW with a SW skin over it.

Funcom should stop recycling mobs model from their old games.  These mobs on the screenshots are the same exact model to those from Shadowlands.  I dunno be a little more creative maybe......
