On the AOC forum that is.   My brother who's been playing the game since launch hit 80 last week.

Since he hit 80 he found himself bored with the lack of content end game, so he decided to quit the game, not definitively, but for a while, until they add some end game content at least.

He went to the official forum and post a very intelligent post about the reasons why he was leaving and made suggestion what Funcom should do to improve the game.

His post was well written, polite, expressing it's tought about the game.  Well FC ban him from the forum for making a critic about the game.

I played this game about 2 weeks before quitting, my brothers stick to hit for some reasons, i just can't believe a company actiing like that.   To post any cristisism about the game earn you a ban from their forum.  I lost all respect i had for this company.  Maybe communism is accepted in Oslo, but not in the rest of world.

I felt like playing a shadow priest again but the pain of leveling one again was not a very funny idea.

However pre-bc i had a 60 shadow priest and really liked that class.   Unfortunatly i delete this character about 2 years ago when i tought i'd be leaving the game for good.

So just for the heck i opened a ticket in game yesterday just to know if it was possible to restore old deleted characters.

Well believe or not, this morning i log and it was there !  They restored my 2 years old pre-bc shadow priest.  

Blizzard is amazing with it's customers.

WOW, talk about a drop.  Last month it was worth 50$, now it's 25$.  Stay tuned for more.  By september it should be down to 5$.

I fail to see the relation between the 2.  At this point AOC is so bad, playing PONG is a better option.

ehh... they still have Anarchy online, which some people still pay for... so it wont be a complete bankrupcy unfortunately...

Anarchy Online is actually a pretty darn good game, i played it for 2 years.   There is TONS and TONS of stuff to do in this game, the game mechanics is amazing, the crafting is nice, the economy is healty.

AOC has nothing of that.

That's the most stupid game mechanic i ever witness.  If you don't want peoples higher level farm bosses lower then them, just turn off the loot when they grey.

That's really weird if that's true.  Why would they say that in the first place and a few days later change it ?

Problem is, i really, i mean really, tought mythic was different.  We all know about all these others mmo devs that always make HUGE promises and never deliver half that.   I tought mythic was different, they just prove they are the same kind of the like Funcom.

How can i say this, SHUT THE HELL OFF about your game if your not sure what's the feature are gonna like.   If you SAY we gonna have X feature don't come a few weeks from launch and tell everyone it will be reduced by 75%.

My point is as simple as this.  It's a bad trend right now, all the game being develop follow the same ridiculous patth of making huges promises and delivering bits.  I'M TIRED OF THAT.

You need to put your payment details to play a mmo .....

If i go out and order a new house and the guy says it will have this, this, this, this and this and the price would be X.  Don't come months later saying that finally it will only have this for the same price.

Yea... except when you buy a house you sign an agreement to purchase it...??? I dont remember signing a contract to play WAR...

I'm just pissed cause it has become a standard today with MMO to make promises of stuff but always coming out with excuses not to deliver them.
