The fun stuff for you is at the end of a game, and for most games that equates to raiding, which I clearly don't like, and is more of a grind than the leveling process. The leveling process is combined with exploring the game world, learning the lore and mechanics of the game, meeting and befriending other players, and building a reputation for yourself, so to me it is the most enjoyable part and the reason I play MMOGS at all. Having that last longer thru a difficult to level process is more fun for me. |

A lot of people should be able to run Darkfall on older machines and still get good FPS. Emphasis on gameplay.

A game without any instancing and it has a significant death penalty. It's about freakin time. I can't wait. |

Because the current crop of developers are too lazy to design a historical based MMOG with realism. It's easier to copy and paste another version of a Fantasy based game and claim it will be better than the rest when in reality it won't be because they don't apply any innovation. Flying Lab failed with their opportunity at making a historical based Pirate MMOG with PotBS because they didn't stay true to the realism factor of a large sailing world which should take time to travel in and a Caribbean where trade abd exploration played a major factor. Instead they released a WoWified Pirate game with instaporting and super speedy travel which made the game world very small with a limited economy based on NPC purchases and sales of goods and materials without harvesting or real crafting. |

Yes it will definitely be a zerg tactic oriented game because there is no significant death penalty so there is no fear of dying and failing in combat. Zerging, is the act of repeatedly attacking, dying, respawning, and reattacking in quick succession, especially with larger groups wether in PVE or PVP, in order to win in battle by overwhelming numbers. It's considered a sissy way to accomplish the goal because it involves no talent or skill or planning and only is possible because developers have designed a sissy game which doesn't hold players accountable for losing in battle. |

Is this post for real? Most of what I hear and read is negative and rightfully so. The game had potential but wasn't completed and SOE has taken it into a different direction and WoWified it. |

Collision kills 1, injures another on Ben White Blvd. If this was the cause, then I don't understand why the hush hush unless alcohol was involved and she was responsible. Does no one at MMORPG.com know what happened? One person is dead and another injured, after a collision Friday afternoon in the 900 block of West Ben White Boulevard. The incident happened shortly before 4 p.m. All but one lane were closed while rescuers extracted one of the victims from the vehicle. That person was transported, but his/her condition is uncertain. Authorities haven't released either identity. |

Combat experience games > than quest experience oriented games This new trend of linear quest line games usherd in by WoW is boring and antisocial. Usually you have a short wham-bam-thank-you-maam type group arrangement which ends when the quest is over and then you follow the retarded questgiver floating icons and minmap arrows to the next one. |

Just because a Game has 1 Scenario every so often doesn't make it "heavily instanced' it merely means it has some 'instanced' content which in WAR's case you can play the game and never be required to EVER go to the scenario instanced. Unlike Wow where you had to do the instances for pvp gear & rank in WAR you never have to touch a scenario making its focus more to OPEN world. If the main focus was based around instancing i could agree that its "alot" but since 75% if not MORE of the game is openw orld I cannot agree that its alot of instancing.
I can play the game and skip a large portion of content and thus avoid instancing? Gee thanks. |

Don't confuse loading a zone, which can be shared by everyone, with instancing. There is no question that Warhammer has lots of instancing: instanced dungeons, instanced scenarios, and instanced city seige portions. That's a lot of instancing! Places where you can't see and meet everyone who may be standing right next to you because they are in a separate copy of the same zone! Just say no to instancing and send developers the message that we want large seamless worlds to play in, not theme park games for ADD kiddies. |

As long as you stick with MMOGs that allow RMT thru item shops etc. though, then you can play that way, but don't you dare ignore the anti RMT rules in a subscription game and ruin other players fun who specifically choose anti RMT MMOGs because they enjoy a real virtual world where real money isn't supposed to have influence.
Um they do have an advantage. This has been echoed in dozens of studies. Countries that sponsor athletes, enabling the athlete to train without having to work, find sponsors, hire better trainers, eat better, hire better therapists or deal with the stress of having to find all those things do better in vritually every single competing event. There is the exception, but those are exceptions not the rule. Venge Sunsoar
I think "unfair advantage" is the debated viewpoint. There is no argument that playing more and spending more time in a MMOG will lead to more rewards and more success. That is the way it is supposed to be. You don't get a cookie for choosing other pursuits in real life and then whining about not being able to keep pace with hardcore gamers. |

Figuring out ways to piss off and scam other players by uncovering faulty design and loopholes in the mechanics of the game, but not cheating by using 3rd party programs mind you, simply being smart and utilizing what the game designers may have missed. |
