I would just note that in the website of VWORLD, Pix is using the DarkAndLight to publicize his engine: there are screens of the game, written description, and so on. At the same time, Pix issues a lawsuit against Farlan for having stolen the engine and damaged his reputation (!!!).

In other words, Farlan is an enemy when it comes to licensing his engine, but it's a good friend when it comes to exhalt the possibilities of his engine. Anything that makes money, of course, is welcome, even your worst enemy that stole your work and blamed your reputation.

I have played dark and light for many time, and i have the RIGHT to say it is a good game. I don't have to explain why i like it, i like it - full stop. Of course, _Pix_ will be very happy (and will earn tons of money), but we players will not earn a cent. Those that play DnL will lose their free game. First of all, FLAMING someone outright is morally incorrect, immature and wrong especially when you add ignorant statements behind it.

Public opinion does not hinder, hamper, encourage nor influence a court of law in this case. Public opinion in this case comes directly from the actions of Farlan. And the crapazz game they produced and still continue to try to convince people its a good game.

You are all for feeling sorry for Farlan, and that they have already been punished. What about Pix? Farlan has gone overboard in their relentless pursuit to damage Pix and his reputation. They drew first blood, not Pix. They did and still are attempting to lay claim of HIS technology. They promoted the game with the  words "the biggest mmo you have ever seen"....thats Pix's technology, not theirs.

Farlan has already made lots of money in the money they STOLE from the players. Promising a game and giving only 10% of what they paid for. THOUSANDS of people refunded and Farlan even attempted to block their refunds! Before the people even received the game, Farlan attempted to block their money back! That didnt work either. When they tried to overbill , they blamed Click and Buy -- which instructions CAME FROM FARLAN!

Farlan is continuing to attempt to make money with Pix's technology ...and what of Pix? Is he not entitled to be paid for something he created and owns? Why shouldnt Pix be compensated for the damage Farlan attempted and was found GUILTY of doing themselves?

You play in the illegal sandbox, you are gonna get hurt. It shouldnt be the guy who is responsible for what the Devs use as a marketing tool and claim ownership illegally, even going so far as bringing it to a country where the laws supposedly wont touch them? Why didnt Farlan go to Europe? the US? or any other country that respects the creation and ownership of rights? -- One reason ---- to get away with they attempted to do. Simple.

And as far as speaking publicly about a trial you are involved in? What of the remarks and posts that Farlan themselves made??? What of the dastardly actions Farlan has done towards Pix? You arent looking at the whole picture -- in fact, you are doing exactly what Farlan wants.

Oh, also NPCube has just been condemned in another case. Not too sure they will advertise as much for that that SnailGame now advertises for its future Asian version of Dark and Light. Quite interesting to see how they use VWorldTerrain videos dating 2005 now to promote the neverending game (while cropping the appropriate logo, of course). Truly fascinating. For those of you who will insist on reading something else into this, kindly let me take this time to point out that the Paris courts have found substantial reason to compel Farlan, NPC and Mr. C Jacquet , to answer the charges brought against them. This means the information before the court is considered substantial (meaningful) and revelant (important to the laws of justice) as well ascan be supported by evidence (means there is sufficient proof).

A blow to the defense of "irrevelant" and "we will not answer" from Farlan, NPC and C. Jacquet. ALso, it would appear that their own counterclaim should now,  in most probable circumstances, re-review their own allegations against Mr. _Pix_.

Hats off to you Mr. _Pix_. The train is indeed still on the tracks and it would certainly appear as it is gaining speed and cannot be stopped until its destination is achieved.

Dress it up all you want to, the game hasnt changed since SOG/DNL release. I try to PLAY every once in awhile as I still have an account and tap in every once in awhile- especially when the posts get thick - I check out the story myself.

Again, dress it up all you want to. It hasnt changed. This lawsuit hasnt changed what Farlan can/will/should do except try to cover thier butts using the one who is the loudest. The fact that it HASNT CHANGED since SOG/DNL has nothing to do with the current lawsuit. The game was on hold since 2004-2005 and hasnt moved since.

Ask the beta testers, ask the pioneers and ask those of us who still try to pop in every once in awhile to see whats up.

you file for valid reasons of various areas including Farlan stealing the use of VWORLD. They in turn file against you saying their absolute failure in this endeavor is all your fault. You in turn answer it aint your fault they are totally inept in all areas and they file back that your answer is irrevelant.

ok ok So Farlan says we took mr pix's tech without any previous legal doc regarding the sale of his copyright or his waiver of rights towards it but the game failed anyway and not because we have admitted that we dont know how to use it even though we are claiming to own it ourselves and that mr pix was hired to do that for us but he left us and even sabotaged it so we couldnt fix it in that he put an "unbreakable code" in it (something the US homeland security would be interested in) but we own it and our company made it we just did it with his help but we dont know how it works but its ours.

Now even though we dont know how it works, cant figure it out and have admitted that we dont know how to even get into the code because we believe mr pix put an unbreakable code in it so we couldnt but we own it and he was only an employee on it and if we ever said something as silly as an unbreakable code done by mr pix then that was due to the pressure of the fans who wanted us to release too early cuz we knew the game wasnt ready cuz we couldnt figure out the code but the pressure they placed on us to release was too tremendous to overcome so we released it to the detriment of farlan and npc because our employees walked out on us years before, even our art guy, but because of that we have had dismal failures in everything from the game itself to the PR of our company but its all because of one man, mr pix , who we claim was only one employee but who also is the creator of this technology and had copyrights from years before he started to work for  us and our false paperwork regarding a contract with him doesnt matter cuz it doesnt exist but if it did exist then it was only as a result of the dismal failure of this entire endeavor but the failures are only the result of one man and that man is mr pix even though he has nothing to do with our company other than owning the technology we are trying to use and pass off as ours but its only as a result of the pressure of the fans to release so its not our fault but the fault of the many whom have walked on us and left us to our own incompetent work one of which is the guy who developed a technology that we claim as ours but we have no clue how it all works but thats not our fault and all this is besides the point anyway
