What about the details? If you look at the characters faces you'll see detail that is rare in any MMO. Certainly better than most, if not AoC, although admittedly its been a while since ive seen AoC's graphics.

this is one thing severly lacking for swtor you see how everything feels alive just looking around. Nothing like that in swtor

That video says it all, i wish SWTOR was set in a world like that.. dang.. what a game it would have been .. but we take what we can and we got tooney so that is what i will play until the next is out ..

LOL.. even though i will be there at launch and have two coll. ed for me and wife ready . the graphics are nothing like aoc. they are better then WoW but carry the same cartoon look , just better  ( though that should be a given since wow is so old.

now the graphics are good and most will deal with the cartoon look for it is starwars. but pls don't campare the graphics to other high graphic games. this game was made to play on most systems unlike aoc that is hard on most systems.

so lets stop the silly mine is better then yours and enjoy the fact we have a new mmo coming soon.. happy happy happy =)

Even though i hate paying for expansions, atleast eq2 does give you the full game and all past expansion with each release for new people that helps. Blizz you will spend upwards of 150 bucks just to get started , ouch. ow that is greedy to me

Would like to return and try agian but had trouble with the disk itstalling from launch and now they just lockup about 2/3 way through. add to that the crap patcher they had. unless they have fixed that mess.. you know i still can not believe they made such a bad patcher  for this game. kind of like they just messed the whole game up from installing to patching on to crap ui and beyond.. three collector ed going to waste if they do not fix it..one can only hope

We shall see, ship spinning is not the only " spinning " they are working on.

My question is, have they ever replaced that crap patcher with a real one ?  if not then could careless.. has to be the worst patcher i have ever seen ina  aaa mmo. 2 collector ed down the drain.....

Maybe he won the goblin lottery?  Those buggers are always out luring me to bet my hard earned silvers on winning the lottery. I've shelled out a small fortune to that little guy in Sinking Sands.....

I understand you feel gold farming is bad , but your way suxs. like in eq2 i was lvl 34 but found a really rare and cool level 87 1h spear w/ cool effects for 175 plat, i bought it and put it in my bank for later i have not seen it for that price yet 600 plat is the going rate now.. your way would not allow me to buy it or keep it.. those kind of limits would not be fun .. good thought , bad way try again..

That is another reason i will not play this mess of a game. two collector edition down the drain .. they need to fix the crap patcher and alot of ingame stuff.   mostly the patcher i will not torrent patchs to a mmo was going to be AAA game.

I just hope is releases well and not another ff14 or aoc. can not take another crap release..

My favorite was sitting out in my camp and hearing the ships pass over head, made  it feel so real and like starwars.. also the music change when the sun set.. going to miss it hope the new starwars keeps the music ..bye old friend....

I went to my gamestop today and the guy said he didn't even know the game after looking it up said noone in my area had any and was because noone pre-ordered it.. that is a little over 3 driving hours from a major city , no way i will mess with a game most people have never heard of will not last long before servers close and out of business sign is up.  looked fun though

Now i might find this game cool if you can assassinate a king that rules over you and if enough people decide they want him gone and we storm the castle and it means perm death for his max level toon and his guild is locked out of taking over rulership for say 6 months , then  yes the people could have a choice .

that would be fun like in eve and alot of newbie get together and decide to take out some big ass player.. but i feel the big pvp guilds will rule this game and destroy any rp or pve fun to be had., but i will keep watching atleast until swtor or guild wars 2 comes out...

O yeah sounds wonderful. RL Politics is fun lets add it to the game , but even better. So the jerk running around can through me in a jail because he hates my name or i happen to get a little revenge by pking one of his friends. then since i am paying to play unless this is free to play i loose my hard earned RL money from some jerk that more more or less found away to cheat orfound a nice bug, or even got his guild of thungs to grind him up.. sounds like a wonderful game   what to do today, stand in the middle of a city and just through people in jail for   ? hours on end weee !!!!! we having fun yet..

was looking foreward to this game sounds like a pvp nightmare and one to pass..

Thank you for the replies, sorry for the dead game part , but as an mmo player i know it is the best way to draw out mmo players.

the two serves that are busy i hope one will be virtue. this was me and the wifes server from launch and both have 2 50's but we have decide to buy two complete GR boxes and start fresh and new . part of the funs is gathering enough fund for power slots. Though the wife hated CoV i loved the whole villian thing and loved the robots . Question though is there a level i must be before i can start to come over to hero side to level with my wife new toon  ?

also thanks again the wife and i are looking to pass the time until Swtor comes out and She started talking What about RIFT..
