Yeah ok there isnt a grind on EvE get over urself. There is a grind in all mmo's, any of them. Hell theres a grind in all games. You grind to get to the next lvl, to get to the next story arc, to get to max lvl, to get status, to get anything!!! Like i said its rather or not you like the game to continue the grind.

I'd say it helps in terms u know what the engine is doing when you make ur own but it doesnt really matter in todays world

They have the worst CSR in an mmo that i know of. I submitted a ticket it took i believe 2 weeks for them to respond and by that time i figured it out by forums because their crap was bugged and u couldnt reset ur password.

Well if you understood the mechanics of builds you would know that the build that was released at launch would be an older build just fixed of bugs. Its what the company should say is going to be in the game at launch. It can be months old because they have to fix the majority of bugs. The coming soon isnt content that should of been in at launch as it would of made the launch content unplayable. It hasnt been fixed of the majority of bugs it hasnt been tested. GAMES NEED TO BE TESTED then they can release it. Get off Bioware Still say fuck off to EA though!

Yeah velious should be voted on next week or sometime this week.

For those that haven't started on the new progression servers there is still time to do so. There are alot of groups still low lvl. I think around Luclin or end of velious release you might see a drop in low lvl toons but its still strong at the moment. I'd suggest two boxing using the recruit a friend program. That way u can get 100%xp bonus while grouped with ur boxed toon. which will help you catch up to the higher lvl guys if that is what u desire or just accept the strict xp penalties that are in place right now. There is no Hot Zones on the progression server if ur wondering. Also i speak for the Fippy server not the vulak one.

Progression servers will more then likely merge after PoK. I only say that because thats when the original EQ started to lose alot of players. Right now the top guilds are trying to crush eachother on Fippy. Twisted Legion & Citizen are trying to collapse eachothers guilds so the survior  can dominate the server. Once PoP comes out hopefully the guilds in the back ground can gain some traction due to the lockouts that were established during the PoP era.

As for server strength right now. Id say its very stable. I can easily find a group. Maybe not in the 0-10 range so much but after that, its pretty easy to find a group.

As for the server not being Original EQ. Yeah its not original EQ, but its not Live EQ niether. And not because there are no AA's. the server will have AA's in the next 3months. The xp on the server has been throttled down. Only reason there are guys who can lvl to max in a week is because EQ has already been master'd. Everything there is to know about EQ is known.

That is my one issue i wish i could change about the progression server is that the devs get off there fat asses and make new content for the progression servers and just add it to the live servers aswell so it doesnt mess anything up. I know how to get to max lvl on EQ u know how to get to max lvl on EQ, we've all done it. so id just like a new route is all.

Though i havent done content from velious to Live because the Army took my time so when id try to go back i just couldnt never get back into the eb and flow of things. This server gives me a route to do so.

If EQ3 doesnt deliver i think ill be done wit EQ series too myself.

No beastlords wont be unlocked for 3 more months and that is if it is voted in.

 Thats stupid they dont want WoW clones, they want to make money like WoW has. It doesnt have to be a clone it just has to be sucessful. Because befor wow it was EQ clone befoer that Ultima Online clone and so on and so on. It all started from nothing and is now a billion dollar industry. They want to make it a trillion.

I was a hater of LoL because i was a DoTa fanatic. But after playing for a week this game is by far more superior to DOTA and with a ranking system with levels it gives u a sense of purpose. It has its newbs but when u get in to a good match at 40 mins in with the kills and deaths of both sides even its awesome.

 You might have a point there and if true i would say thats why it hasnt been released yet. Bioware isn't going to let EA let them release crap and tarnish the bioware name.

Technically the expansion is spose to open up once voting has stopped and the expansion was voted in. But now the devs said they made this HUGE change to the polling system and to be honest I dont know WTF he was talking about other then the voting now seems to take 2 weeks and not 1 or some crazy mumbo jumbo.
