 He asked.

Warhammer has quite a bit better graphics than WoW and expands upon the concept of pvp in a way that Warcraft never had, it also does Realm versus Realm battles in a way that feels epic. I also perfer the far more fantasy and less cartoonish armors and dye was just a brilliant way to add variety, especially with two layers. Im sorry, but I hate Warcraft, I cant help that, but what I can tell you is Warhammer is not another Warcraft to me.

Oh and people who cry out "Save your money!!!" tend to piss me off. It would be like someone standing outside of Burger King and screaming that we're killing cows and to go elsewhere, and 'save money'. Really, what gives you the right to tell people not to spend their money on something they may damn well enjoy?

ROFL. Yeah, I believe you. Did you count heads or did they do that for you?

I hate how much people lie about PvP when they're bad at it. The only way that first scenario played out the way you described is if your 6ish defenders were 10+ levels more than the highest person in the enemies' group.

Have fun digging yourself out of that whole.

Ever seen the movie 300?

I think it's the lack of community. I therefore went and joined a heavy RP guild and was much more immersed. I remember slaughtering dwarven wardens and comming out of a tunnel only to be chased off by an entire outpost of dwarves. I made it to the camp in a grove of pines and it was cold, frost on the air and pine trees covered in snow, and a Zeolot is standing by the fire, an old man. He squints at me and goes, "Lord Arakan.. is that you?" it turns out to be a fellow guild member, he explains the situation in the region and we gather others to go take charge of it. I find any game is enhanced by a good guild and RP immersion.

I hated AoC, I got tired of GW, I hated WoW... I Love Warhammer, therefore, I think your rule fails.

Dear God Op, what are you, Protus AOC in disguise? When you just wrote that, I read it and thought, "He must be talking about Age of Conan, otherwise his claim is far too rediculous.

Wow, you know, this is the first game that the in game graphics and art look very much like the concept art. I love it.

You seem to be on a low population server, for that misfortune I am terribly sorry.. however, your points are just bullshit really. I took part in even a tier 2 siege and it was incredible, fire balls flying from the ramparts from renagade wizards looking to send us packing, boiling oil poured from the top of the gate where I sent darke energies to it and the echos of that impact shook the order where they stood, hitting them as well as the pot. standing near a huge ram and making it tear downt he door, then rushing in slaughtering countless defenders. I think that it was pretty damn cool.

The three major points you mentioned, are far more fun when combined, you can do whatever you want in that sense depending on your mood. It's not any one of them that makes the game great, but the flow of all those features together that make it have lasting entertainment value. Is it a deep exploration pve game with long journeys and epic quests? No, not yet anyway, its just released. The Warhammer world is huge, and we should be seeing it expand with expansions quite remarkably. Each zone of Warhammer is bigger than the last, that makes it truely a great experience for me.

I see the lasting appeal in this game only if you like what you do in the game to begin with. It's endlessly fun, if you're hooked, you're hooked. I expect to enjoy this for many years to come.

Fanboy going into nerdrage? wouldn't be the first time

Oh, did I press a button I shouldn't have.. *smirk*

Facts are facts, no need to get defensive now.

Blizzard copying Warhammer? Wouldn't be the first time..

You know, you're the only moron that thinks War is suddenly dieing because we have a better Quenue times. Way to cry doom and gloom over nothing.

The first rule of not freaking out, is to not appear to be freaking out. Stop being so all over the place and using all the massive amounts of ! and ?? perhaps?

They are brilliant. Do you know how much fun is added to the game by what they did? I used to wait around 30-50 minutes to join my tier area's scenario, now I can go wherever is the most frequent without having to leave my quests behind in my area. Being able to Que anywhere in your tier is brilliant and makes for more balanced matches as well since Norden's no longer has six bright wizzards annoying the piss out of us. Well done Mythic!

What a freaking whiner. I swear, this game weeds out more retards every day. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

Im basically bug free myself, I find the game to be as smooth as they said it is. It is good to hear honest voices from developers. I like this aproach far more than any buttering up and back stabbing Funcom did.

I have the exact same problem, its mostly only in the Inevitable City and it started about four days ago. I only get it anyplace else when I switch reoslutions but it usually rights itself out.

The difference is clear, Craig Morrison knows what he's doing and Guate never had a fing clue.

Wow.. this guy might actually save Conan.. too bad it's too late for so many of us to ever return. I think the best thing that ever happened to this game was the removal of Guate Gauger.

I absolutely love that the Order has it's many shades of grey. This is a war torn world and the Order is downright fanantic about extinguishing the life out of those whom they do not understand. The Chaos grow up with hate in their hearts, not for the sake of hate, but because the Order is preaching their ways as the only way and burning their villages, killing their witches and ambushing their camps at every turn. This sort of gritty realistic setting where there is no black and white good and evil is exactly why I love books like George R. R. Martin's for instance. There is a atmopsheric feeling in knowing that everywhere you go, noone is a saint.

I havn't had any performance issues and I forced on alot of graphics options and only have 2gb of ram and  a 256mb video card.
