How far down do you think the graphics will scale?

Graphics scaling down is important, because graphics and lag are major reasons for the "failed" launches of WAR, AoC, V:SoH, EQ2, and just about every other mainstream p2p game to come out since WoW. The graphics need to scale down to be playable on a low end machine so the game will have a market for WoW's customers and gamers in Asia and South America. |

how "low end" are you refering to? Since there's no official response, I guess it's hard to judge. However a friend runs it on his dual 1.8GHz and GF7600
Does it run well? |

my pc couldn't run that. I don't own a NASA super computer. |

War is like a hot chick without a brain...

Why wouldn't you want a hot chick without a brain? If they have a brain, you have to listen to them babble. What, are you emo or something? |

I'm asking for speculation. Looking at the cell shaded graphics... and considering the scalability of CoX... Do you think CO will be playable on a low end pc? |

Will wow players be able to play CO? CoX scales very well. I'm hoping CO does too. |

Champions Online: Early Game Hands-On Preview

I did not read the whole article because I don't have time... but i plan to soon.
I just want to say I am very excited for CO. |

I didn't like TBC much either. It reminded me of Masters of the Universe, He-Man, Fantasy. Lich King is alot better. It's darker. The armor designs are much better. Strand of the Ancients is an awesome BG, because it has tanks to knock down doors.. I am a Warlock, and I ride passenger. It protects me from the Melee Train, and I defend the tank with dots and fear spams.
I haven't started arena yet, and they say Locks are weak atm, but I am having fun and kicking ass so far.

I've been noticing a lot of the featured articles on this site claim that RMT is the future of MMO's. Why the sudden onslaught of pro-RMT propaganda? |

You never mentioned pvp in this game. You never even used the word "pvp". Is pvp in this game?

Anyway, I would hope the dominant gene's were UO's if they were to produce a bastard child. Preferably, the only thing I would like to see from WoW would be the world and avatar control, and I'd like to see the terribly linear and far too rigid classes, along with the horrifically boring and repetitive quest grind left behind. You can also leave the "fight in the box" arenas out as well. Yeah, only thing I'd want from WoW is the open world.
I agree with you for the most part, but dueling had a place in UO. There was tons of 2v2 and 3v3 arena matches ran by players.
Arena would absolutely have a place in the game, it just shouldn't be the focus of pvp. |

That's actually true. I've noticed that alot of the kiddies playing WoW also have parents playing WoW.
I would love to play UO in WoW's world, with UO's replaceable weapons and skill development.
Could you imagine raiding Onyxia for enough high quality leather to make LOTS of armor?

No archetypes. Just pick powers. Changing Power Graphics to fit you. Creating your own Arch Nemesis to play against in the story. It's basically CoH 2. More of the good stuff, and the good stuff is better.
That's what I've gathered. I just wish it had Cops'n'Robbers pvp. |
