He was the only one pumping new life into the game. If I had a guess Planetside doesnt have a real dev team anymore. I think its more of a side-project for other devs.

I really wish SOE would bring this game back with some improvments (I mean improvements, not 'enhancements' *cough*).

Im thinking PotBS will be alright. Im expecting a polished version of the asian cashshop Voyage Century.

WoW will remain on its pedestal until an intelligent marketing team succeeds in Asia and Europe as Blizz did with WoW.

WAR will please WoW fans but end up with people getting tierd after a few monthes due to WoW aftertaste.

AoC will be a very fun, sadly shallow MMO, and succeed in providing fun gameplay thats not as run of the mill as other MMOs.

Im not too exited about any of these, personaly. Im still waiting for a MMO that uses the Pre-NGE SWG style skill system and provides immence freedom. I can only pray for a SWG2 in my lifetime returning to the old skill system, but im not gonna sit around and cry over NGE.

Thats my guess at 07. Lets hope 2008 is brigther!

I was a happy sub during the reserves...but without the much needed life that provided it doesnt provide the scale I was enjoying. SOE should bring back reserves!

RYL2 is good, a bit of a grindfest and some bugs...but cant beat the interaction!!

I agree on two points. One, I really dont want to hear the RL voice of that Female NE, unsettleingly deep, or the Undead Rogue, pitch high enough to rattle my speakers, in my guild.

Two, my computers also sort of in the middle of house traffic. Its embarassing to have a headset on when you have girls and friends running around your house. Its even more annoying when someones yelling/spaming over the server. Everyone in the house comes in and sees what the noise was and I have to reduce my sound quality to that of my logitech economy headphones.

I think voip is ok in special situations (raid/clan match) but needing it on at all times is rediculous.

IRT Fion> dont overgeneralize everyone -21. The 'Nub Pwnrs' are rarer then many pretend. I was in a 13-17 year old clan 3 years ago and not one person was like that. Ive also been in adult clans with an avererage mental age of 8. Physical age means next to nothing in the world of maturity these days.

Man thats old. Its scheduled to come out in Q4 2006? No...delayed...October 2007. Actually AoC looks really good, and the delays for purely polish are very refreshing. BTW, the beta sign ups are open now. Thats over half a year of testing. Not many mmos have shown this kind of support. Wish other games did this. There was one game I played during its public pre-alpha that could use this kind of treament...god...something about guards. w/e

I cant say its going to be great, but Im starting to grow some respect for Funcoms commitment.

I tried lighting it up again, I think it doesnt like the 8800GTX.

I used to be big into The Universal [then A Tractor]. Not sure how much its changed. It has houses, businesses, a player run economy. Its very sandbox. It also had combat if you purchased a tank or bomber. Best of all its completly free.

I won the beta contest from their newsletter [got all the goodies] and havent heard a thing. I think were all looking to join technical beta if we want the early build. I cant wait to try it out, im going to report like crazy for this game, they seem devoted to it.

Wow, good poll. And the current results are great news, thats a very balanced first look...god its amazing how probabily can work itself out like that. Looks like a good balanced game atm.

I hated auto assult. Im a beta tester. I dont know why people seem hyped about it. =/ very very shallow game.

what 'high end games'??? All I can get hyped for a letdown over is Star wars EOW. That should be a depressing kick in the teeth. Is there REALLY a playable game announced for release in Q106?
