I am a long time MMORPG player. I started EQ back in 1999 went to DAoC about 6 months before SI was released and played up until last year when there just simply wasnt enough people around and killing the same 4 groups of ppl every night got boring. I have been bouncing around mmorpgs all year just waiting for WAR to come out.  

I was planning on playing Dwarves but a good guild would easily draw me to another race almost every race has something I would enjoy. I usually play healer's and occasionally tanks and I play every night 4-8 hours depending how long I am at work . 

I am in the USAF and currently stationed in Korea but have a good compouter and ISP so rarely expierience too much lag when playing with friends from back in the states.  I am usually on daytime to early evening back in the states.

I enjoy a guidl with a sense of humor and enjoy joking around. I have always strived to be the best but gotta enjoy your journey there. Grinding for 8 hours sucks so gotta do what ever you can to make it a bit more fun. I really enjoy pvp as killing NPC's gets too boring tank taunt healer heals tank dd kills mob rinse repeat **yawn**

Don't forget this is Mythic. They revolutionized crafting with DAoC. It was the first game where the crafted items were actually worth using. I am sure they will be doing this again. Crafting has been huge in DAoC to the point where everyone had a legendary crafter of somesort. 

The major problem you encounter when you are able to loot ppl's equipment is griefing. There is no fix to human nature so no looting of equipment. In all games where I have seen ppl being able to loot other people's equipment you see higher levels killing low levels and groups of ppl ambushing spots where they know ppl are most likely going to be solo. Doesn't matter how good your gear is you vs 10 ppl and you lost your gear.

Most great gear is hard to get. No reason for someone who has played 1 day and 1 year to have the same gear. Do you really want to invest hours and hours for some uber leet rare ass weapon to have it looted by 2 groups of people camping some place you need to go?

I had a lvl 50 chanter and lvl 50 champ both ML 7+ and 15ish activated artifacts but that was before the airforce and 12+ hrs a day now I am lucky to squeeze one hour a day in not even worth trying to go to the frontiers with that kind of time although the game does sound so so so much better now

accounts arent ever deleted? was told after 180 days of inactivity they go poof. well how would I reactivate one?

How much would purchasing all the xpacs except ToA run me? moved three times since i played being in the air force and all no clue where that software went lol the classic servers sound really nice though

My accounts were deleted I dont think I could handle going through all those artifact encounters and ML's again becoming a master crafter in all crafts again will be tedious enough (love my crafting)

Are the classic servers something new? I dont remember them from when I played anyone know where I can get more information on them

I have been away from the game since a few months b4 catacombs as well. I cancelled my account though anyone know how long mythic keeps accoutns before they delete them? I cant imagine going through all those artifact raids and ML raids again

B4 SL was released all my toons did team mish's to level the token boards are great to have especially the +cl which is hard to come by for some professions and the +xp is always great. With the 3k token board coming out soon probably better off lvling in mishs then in SL anyways

I don't know I really think that because this game is so catered to a particular group of indivduals that you will have mostly pen and paper players playing the game and it should be pretty RP orientated (or so I hope) lol I have high hopes for this game especially after the last review

Free games are great for when your games servers go down though ;) some of em aint half bad either KO is pretty cool

I doubt you would get a reward for reporting to microsoft some1 that might or might not of dl'd it. Although I am sure if you could tell microsoft who leaked it or how it was hacked into I think they would give you some money :) Happy searching I doubt if microsoft cant catch them in the virtual world no one except someone in real life would be able too

I constantly shadow boxed my clr/mnk duo all the time it is great for leveling and camping and questing. During raids would just play what ever char was needed most.

I would also love to do this in EQ2 as it proved to be a great help to friends questing that mighta needed a puller or healer, was just great to have the versatilty of 2 good high lvl's to be of most help to myself friends and my guild.

Not sure how involved the combat system will be but it is too boring to just pve in a point and click system need at least 2 chars to keep ya busy and entertained :P
