I am hoping to join this chat. The game looks nice, and looks like it offers more than Voyage Century Online. |

your not comprehending what I am saying. Usually the ones who beta test a game will more than likely become subscribers and part of the community, your wanting to start a flame fest, well I am not going to feed the trolls.

Qalia here as well, Khal perhaps you should make your way here, although you will be KoS to the guards, will have to get your faction up, but I have no problems grouping nor questing with a group here. |

Originally posted by Wellkie how is it foolish, a majority of the player base is usually ones who played in beta, I feel sorry for the ones who come into the game with the understanding of making friends and building a community, because its not going to happen in LOTRO. |

every mmo is different, it has different play styles, different combat ect, so I personally dont mind if people come to me and explain to me what to do or give me some tips. I accept constructive critisism openly. I would do the same for any new person who came to me and asked what to do. As far as the group thing goes, sorry for you luck, perhaps your on the wrong server, I have no trouble finding a group nor mingling with the community.

The more people I see complaining about Vanguard are those less few that I have to worry about coming in and ruining my game expierence in Vanguard, and less WoW kids are better. |

I have to say, LOTRO disappointed me as well, the graphics are nice, but the world is small, the quests are soloable, no need for community, and when I did get in a group if I didnt have the rest of my quest done and 1 or 2 of the members from the group did, it disbanded, not very friendly or nice, also, what is the fun in going into everything being instanced, even going into building in the towns are instanced, its just you and the NPC's WOW loads of interractment, dungeons are instanced too, I mean come on, the only thing that is not instanced is the world itself, and if you want to stop and say high to someone, pfft forget about that happening, I tried to talk to other players, and it was like we are too good or to busy to talk to you. The community is totally rude, and obnoxious, I see this being more of a kids game than an adult.

it does have some performance issues, but its new, its going to. Thats why there are developers, and players, you see its like a circle of life developers make game players beta game developers tweak game game comes out players play game players tell developers what is happening with game developers tweak game more developers add content players play and so on and so forth. Vanguard will only get better over time, and as far as I am concerned, Vangaurd has hands down the best online community. Super friendly, helpfull, and just loads of fun to group with.

IMO, any MMO that is out there now, is constantly in Beta, technically it never leaves beta, the reason for this is, due to developers adding coding, could cause existing coding to become unstable, and cause glitches in the game ie:bugs, yes, they test it, and sometimes little things get past them and it goes in, and it may cause graphical bugs, may bug a quest, or just plain crash the game. That is why there is a player base, to let the developers know about issues that arise, so I personally say an MMO never really leaves beta status, and if my money goes to paying those developers wich allows them to make the game better for myself, and the rest of the online community that plays the game, I will continue to give them my $15/month, for a genre of games that really never leave beta status.
If you dont want to play games that has bugs/or is in your words pay to play beta Then go play a console game, or an offline pc game |

Sorry if I confused some folks. I was trying to get a poll going, on what people thought the server population of swg was, but I forgot that there were alot of servers. So I figure scratch the poll and how about we all go out for Beer and women!

Per server. Yes Sorry for the mis information |

I am extremely excited about this game. I have played many MMORPG's. I believe that Vanguard is the Next Gen MMO that is going to revolutionize the online gaming world and industry. I feel Vanguard SoH has surpassed all other MMORPG's out there (including WoW) and it will be the one to play!!!!!1111
P.S. This game I feel is going to be my replacement of the lost SWG. |

Who do you think will Co produce the game?

I am wanting to do a study of what the veterans think the population of the servers are. |
