i hope it's not like everquest 2, like if you don't have a good computer it looks like utter shit, but if you do have it looks amazing. I think thats why alot of people like world of warcrafts graphics, they look pretty good on mediocore computers which in a way i say is a win. But like i have experienced with a good computer vanguard seems to have great graphics, although i did like what i saw in that LOTRO screenshot

Blizzard doing bad or players just whining?

you were born retarded right, like slow in the head just can't wrap your mind around people disliking a popular game?

i liked Final Fantasy XI's PVE much better then i did WoW's. It's just i could never get into FFXI because of the huge grid, as in it taking forever to level up versus world of warcrafts to easy to level up

i'm sorry but i will just make this blunt, world of warcrafts graphics are terribly polygon wise but the textures are not bad, thats not bad as in any where near some other games but good. I didn't expect it to have everquest 2 or oblvion worthy graphics, and who would coming from a company that had been making rts for the last, well almost their enitre existance. But in the long run the only thing WoW brought that was anything worth while was a decent interface that some other games can learn by, but that is it all it is is, is a blan mmorpg that was only really made for the average casual player, which it did it's job but beyond that it is utter rubbish.

the difference between the races stats are very slim and once you hit about 30 3 less or more str or dex really doesn't matter

May I recieve a few HardWare recommendations?
General Discussion « Vanguard: Saga of Heroes 1/06/07 3:36:16 PM
if you don't want to build the PC yourself then i would recommend cyberpower computers but if your willing to build it yourself, newegg is the keystore for americans and Ncix is the key computer store for Canada, not sure about Europe. The choice between the cpus is a little more different the core 2 duo are the best out there but AMDs are selling cheaper because of that, same thing with video cards you could go all out and buy the new geforce 8800 or go buy a cheaper, good, radeon card. Personaly i just picked up a ati x1950 pro for 200CDN and i hear it's a pretty good gaming card for the price.

yes I you do not want to build your own system i would recommend Cyperpower computers also, they make decent setups

you'll want a core 2 duo e6600, there kind of expensive but very worth it, ddr2 ram would be a good choice 2 gigs if you could afford, i'm not so good with motherboards so i'll leave that out, and depending on the video card you desire you could either buy a cheaper one that runs pretty good like a ati x1950 pro, or go all out and buy a geforce 8800.
this is a generalization but i assume it would cost somthing like this is you use your current case and monitor and harddrive E6600 core 2 duo..... $350 2 gig ddr2 600(or what ever).....$300 motherboard......$200 800 watt powersupply (for the 8800 and possible upgrades for the future).....$150 Geforce 8800 gts.....$600 totaling around $1600 if you could scrounge some more money up |

most asian games are pretty grinding oriented because they just love the grinding over there, personally i think it's lineage 1 or lineage 2
