You got to be kidding right ? ALL of them queued for a minimum of 3 hours? I dont believe this. I guess he is kidding. This days have been playing really a lot ... and from time to time also logged out. Max I have been waiting was about 30 mins and this only once. Usually there is no queue or is matter of minutes. But is true I have seen stats for some servers to say about 3 h. Try loging into Zikel at 6pm EST... your queue would be around 2.5 to 3 hours I was in a 2 hour and 20 minute queue today... Zikel isn't my main server, thank god.... Vaizel is and It doesn't have a queue, least I never had one

I know what OP is talking about here. Where someone clicks on a Item (like say the Treasure map on the Boat), it will disappear when someone that needs it, takes it. The respawn for it, is like 1 minute... that is the problem... the respawn on these are too slow. So 6 players in a party = 6 minutes just to do that one quest... and that is if no one else grab one on you. Yea that's irks me too. They need to up the respawn rate on those to almost instant.... that solve the problem.

Two. One is a Buddy from work, and plays very causally, plus the lack of internet for a while slowed him, so he hasn't got a toon to 60 yet. The Other was my Best Friend, about 4 month after Launch. |

yea you can. |

Originally posted by etlar Just FYI, there isn't a EXE file for Aion, the launcher controls that. This happen to my buddy, He just re-installed the launcher from the Aion install folder and it fixed it. Mind you this is from the Full Open Beta client downloaded off Fileplanet, you need to run the Setup.exe in the embedded folder. |

The way I understand it is most of the raid bosses are open world spawns in the Abyss. |

Right Now the only things in the store are Action Figures, which are Non-Combat Pets for 80 points ($1) each, right now.

Aion won't kill WoW. It might hurt WAR and AoC quite abit tho... won't kill those either. Not so sure about LOTR... I don't think it have much impact on it. |

I love Aion, but yea I always saw this as a problem, running an alt (or playing thru the starter area, again come live) isn't really any fun. I don't mind running the same stuff again, and blow thru it kinda fast, but still. Now as for WoW, It does have different starting areas, but you end up the going thru the same zones from 30+

hmm... I wanna say Aion here, but, that whole not wanting to have to watch over your back thing, gets in the way. Can't think of a sci-fi game like want you are looking for.

You can do a lot solo, but are some things you have to go in a group.

I sure some servers are going to have a slight unbalance, but that is any game. As for the NPC races they a wildcard, you never know what they are going to do. They can be helping you one moment and then turn on you mid way thru the fight. |

WoW is a fun and easy game to get into, even for non-gamers. WoW wasn't going to have quests, past the starting areas, from the article I read. You can only made so many variations on quests you can do.... but I think they did a good job.
