     This is an interesting concept as to why I don't like the changes made to the game.  I would think Activision being one of the biggest game industries in the world that they could have done better.  They have more money to put into WoW than any other company and yet gave out kibbles for $50 and still charging the full subscription fee.  I guess I need to pay closer attention to what is going on in the business end before I go blaming Blizzard themselves for such a bad expansion.

      I loved Atari what is up??  Hope I am not breaking any rules not trying to, read them and saw nothing that is wrong in this post.  And of course everything I say here is my opinion.

This game is the saddest excuse for a "Next-Gen" MMO i've ever seen. In fact, Trion should be sued for false advertisement for even daring to market this thing as Next-Gen. It is about as next-gen as putting wheels on a Bike.

There is nothing going for this game. It's as generic as generic can possibly be. One might argue and say "But they have Rifts!"... right. A spot on the map where a bunch of monsters get spammed out of. Gee, I wonder how many seconds that took to think up and implement.

The combat system is just your generic button mashing.... graphics are mediocre at best.... At the end of the day it's nothing more than a bad version of WoW.

Save your money for something like Guild Wars 2... stay away.

This guy I went to school with was working on some big module for NWN. Which is essentially building a game inside a game from the ground up. He now works for Bioware.

What it has come to is "GEAR" - it is always about gear.    They balanced the dungeons around people in top gear.    Is it any wonder that heroics are a frustrating mess for players just getting to them.   Blizzard swung the pendulum to far to one side and now they are having to back peddle.   Are the new dungeons fun...sure..once you have great gear and people have ran them a few times and understand them a bit better - but before that they are a fucking nightmare.    Even normals are a bitch.   I dunno what happened between beta and release but some of the normals went from hard to outright nearly impossible to finish.

Ugh...Blizzard named their x-pac appropriately...it is a Cataclysm.

they do cater to people that cant play the game lol. The game will only get easier now because they always listen to cry babies

I actually found this to be the worst WoW expansion... was it programmed by monkeys? The servers are horrible now... the phasing is just stupid whoever said this is "innovative" was wrong... nothing innovative about only your game world changing... if anything it made the game worse. From my experience playing its as if blizzard gave the middle finger to all the players or they are just to stupid to know how to fix stupid bugs.
