thanks for the advice, im going to download the trial and see how the game runs. if it runs ok on my computer i will pre-order RoK. Look forward to seeing you all in the game

if i would get the game would i just want to wait until RoK comes out since it offers all the expansions or is there another version of the game that offers all the expansions up to now?

one more question i forgot to ask, how does the game run?  I meet most of the required specs but i dont think my video card is quite what is recomended.  I have heard that this game lags alot even on the best machines.  Is this that much of a problem?

I have been away from Everquest for about 2 or more years now. (original everquest never played eqII) I have been bored out of my mind lately with nothing that holds my interest.  So I was thinking of giveing eq2 a try.  First off is it pretty much like original eq as to soloing being somewhat difficult past like lv 15?  And if this is the case, how is the community in the game.  I quit playing eq because i got to the point where soloing became very difficult but there was like never anyone on to group with and if there were people on they were all like 6+ levels above me so it was about pointless.  Are there enough people playing eq2 that finding groups at any given time of the day is not a problem?

Im bored out of my mind and really want to come back to eve.  The only thing holding me back is that i have played it 2 times before and both times i quit because i didn't feel like i was getting anywhere.  I was starting to be a trader and was starting to get the hang of it a little bit but felt like i never really had enough free time to make any profit from doing it. I dont get tons of time to play, only about 3 hours on tuesdays and thursdays in between classes (hour and a half at a time) and 5 or so hours at night throughout the week.

Is there anyway i can make progress in the game and feel like the time i am spending in it is worth wile with the little amount of unintterupted time i have?

Any comments and suggestions would be great thanks.
