It works fine on vista, frame rate's just a bit choppy nothing horrid. Anyhoo, I started playing on the highest pop classic server (can't remember the name, it starts with a G). So I'm rather enjoying myself at the moment doing solo stuff and I really hope I can get a taste of the RvR before my 2 weeks are up. I'm really up in the air about getting this game or not. I know if I do get it I'll only play til WAR comes out. But I do want to get an idea of RvR...*sigh*

So I'm downloading the trail for this as I type. I was wondering what servers have a good amount of active players on them. Oh and will this work with Vista?

Yup, this games runs very well on Vista.

while the patcher was running it crashed.

I tried to download the game (can't find the disks) and while it was updating my system crashed. So I guess it wont work for  me :P

I've been thinking about jumping back into CoV or CoH but I just upgraded my PC to vista. So does anyone know if there are any problems running the game on vista?

I know that it will not be a requirement to run this game. However I have heard that without Vista the game will not look as good and not run as well. Is this true and do you think it would really be worth it to go a head and upgrade to Vista just for this game.

okay, first of all I have absolutely no problem with blood and gore, nothing compairs with curb stomping some poor fool in Gears of War or whatever. That said, I know that they are making this game to be very mature, lots of blood, lots of guts and plenty of head removal. This part I'm all for, however I think I read somewhere that the will be including lots of mature sexual stuff like nudity and such. Now, I don't really care if it's there as long as it's done tastefuly. So can anyone enlighten me on this topic? Am I just imagining the part about nudity and such in the game?

I was wondering if this game is worth getting. I'm playing Guild Wars now and loving it, but this game has always looked interesting. How is this similar to the PSO for the Xbox? Is it just a dungeon crawler with a few other people or have they added some more variety to it? I assume there's no PvP right? Also, since I'd probly be playing this on the Xbox 360 is there still a monthly fee added to the base Xbox live fee? Thanks.

Lol this guy made me laugh. I don't really care if it gets delayed, but it looks like alot of people do. The best part is how freaking mad they all got, just freaking relax people it's just a game. But this just made me laugh and I will laugh even harder at all the pissed off people if this proves to be right :D. On the other had I do want this game to come out and I can't wait for it.

lol nice. You said that was an RP/PvP server? How is the pvp system done? Can you be killed at anytime and anywhere, or is it optional to flag yourself for pvp.Do most of the people RP? I do like to RP, I've just never done it in an MMO.  Also, does it really matter if I go good or evil? Is there any difference between the two in the long run? And about the expansions, will I have to buy the game, and the first and second expansions seperately? And about how much are they? I know that it's been said that the game is about $10. And I saw that they had something called Adventure Packs, what are those? Thanks for the feed back.

I've played the trail and I liked it but I'm not sure I know enough about the game to decide if I want to play or not. I've heard both good and bad things about this game, I just want to know if this game is fun to play. I've played WoW, I loved it but it just seems there is a lack of stuff until the expansion comes out.
