WoW vs. WAR?

I know WAR is still in beta and scheduled for release on Sept. 18th, but from what some of you beta testers have played and experienced, how does it compare to WoW?

Will it dent WoW's population? If so, by how much?

Is it possibly a WoW killer? ( I know that was a stupid question. )

 

How whould the beta testers know by how much can WAR dent WoWs population?!

Did you think at all before writing such crap?

Seriously some people are beyond any limits... I feel sad for you sir.

1. do weapons/armors drop often from normal mobs?

2. any good rares with low drop rate that can be sold to make some cash?

3. how about instances? hows the quality of those compared to the ones from normal mobs or pvp rewards?

4. anything very rare and powerful from pve content that cant be get from pvp/quests?

5. heard there are 3 tyes of  mounts for each race. are they expensive and are there big gaps between those types? and whats the difference between the 3 types?

6. being alot richer then the other folk can give you any big advantages?

7. how about a rich guild.. what advantages can get over non rich guilds?

8. what do people sell at Auction houses and what drives the economy since I heard crafting is pretty useless?

Totally agree.

unless they lift the NDA this week and have the EU site ready to input our codes during this week im OUT and waiting for Aion.

Destruction wont be lacking tanks no worries cause Chaos Chosen will be the most played class.

Although more will go 2 hand dps they can tank pvp and some pve decently and when they see they are so many roaming around looking the same lots will pick up a shield instead.

The EU site is a total joke and a serious game like WAR is put to shame by some unprofessional company like GOA.

Mythic should take measures if they care about potential customers from an entire continent.

A spelling mistake can happen thats not such a big deal (although its very embarassing) but not having a working site is.

very nice for guys, Mythic did a great job then.

Poor Europe doesnt even have a working website, dreams of account section and possible downloads seem far away

indeed GOA delivers on time... NOT.

well doing a bad job like this will lose them money.

if they are not up and ready with the site in time so we can enter our keys lots might cancel their pre-orders.

Why did GOA took it down for 2 days ? it has less stuff then before and half of it doesnt work.

starting to not like GOA :/ and there were plenty of warnings.

if everyone who starts playing beta makes a new thread...               nvm.

everyone starts soon anyway ..

Economy, pve and crafting/housing will decide the faith of the game in the long run cause PVP will be there pretty much close to perfect.

From what I know WAR runs only in windows so I dont think it will run in OS X. dont know what boot camp is so cant answer that.

There wont be any trial in the near future from what I understand. All you can do is buy the pre-order for 5-10$  (depending where u find it) so you can play the open beta and if you dont like the game you can cancel and not pay the full game.

would like to know that too.
