They deserve it cause even after Lineage 2 they never learned their lesson and didnt do anything to prevent botting at code level.

after they betaed the game for 1 year on peoples money... no never, even if it would be good.

honestly i dont even believe anything remote to 5 mil even.

lets say there are a medium of 10k players pe server.

and there are 500 servers, which are not.. probably around 300.

10k players x 500 servers would be 5 mil players.

where did they pull 10 mil subs? only a few full servers have 20k chars at most and thats after short periods of new expansions.

maybe im missing something...

wait for Aion trial, maybe they will sort out the bot problem too till then.

Since its the most played MMO overall... of course its the most played by kids and females also.

Everybody knew that, old news.

Aion is alot better product in my personal opinion.

and alot more massive :)

Found lots of bugs but its still beta no complaints there but the damn game engine is a joke, laggy like hell, graphics look crap for a brand new game, tons of stability issues, even got crashes during the character creation, I really dont understand where was all the hype coming from.

The UI is poorly done, clunky movement for a fast paced combat style, pvp is a joke and not just because balance issues, which are game breaking btw but everyone will just stick to the same powers.

Melees are heavily underpowered also, and no option to skip the crappy tutorials.

5 out of 10 from me. but remember its just a beta opinion, things can improve, sadly the engine cant be changed.

No chance this game will get past 500k subs im affraid and with Aion around the corner... this game cant compete.

they made it too easy already for the "western folk" , what more do you want? 1 button clicking for 3 actions?

learn to keybind and time your targeting and skill bashing while moving properly....

Still it puts the true "MASSIVE" in MMO and puts the other MMO wannabes to shame.

From those 6 milion I dont see more then 1-2 mil coming back...

There was a server that lagged and they took it down, at least i read about it, but everyone I know that plays never had any issues with lag.

I played a decent amount of time on the chinese servers and Im from Europe and the game went smooth without any issues.

Seriously from all the MMOs I played nothing was so lag free as Aion even in certain zones with hundreds of people around.

My PC is 3 years old and runs Aion perfectly, they really made wonders with the Farcry engine for this game.

Not even WoW in crowded areas worked so nicely and WoW graphics and details cant even compare to Aions.

The game seems great and runs greatj, only problem with Aion is the botting that NCsoft has a bad history in dealing with.

If they can handle botting the game will be a success for sure.

If that noobie following you would have been better or someone else, you would just cry omg I wasted hours of my time and this guy ruined everything so lets insult him.

This worries me alot about NcSoft, the bots ruined L2, which was a pretty decent game back in the time, now when they got a great game if they still cant handle the problem I dont see Aion being a succes anywhere outside Asia.

Gameguard was always useless and a few GMs banning a few each and there wont be able to control the problem.

They need to fix this by better coding or the game is screwed.
