Now it says "This item will be released on October 31, 2010." either BS, or they jumped the gun. I wouldn't start popping those champagne bottles just yet. |

I already figured it was a balance thing, total of 4 gun wielders/4 force wielders, I was just hoping they would get a little bit more creative with them, that's all. |

This, also it was rumored the game would be $12.95 to play. Actually it was a in a survey someone had taken where the question was asked, would you pay $12.95 per month to play it? A lot of the other survey questions that were posted have been confirmed so far, so I have no reason not to believe this. We shall see, but most likely you will pay per month, and there will be some paid services. My main gripe about this game atm is the 4 force users aspect of the game. Not sure why they did that, there must be a reason but to me it just seemed kinda rushed in to fill 2 more gaps. |

I'm thinking this game has some major problems.

Not really sure here, but this background image doesn't like any of the other concept art on their site www.swtor.com/info/story/setting. It's been there since day one of course, not many people notice it though. Might be an actual ingame shot who knows? Does it mean there will be space? No, but at least it'll give you something else to think about. |

I can kinda understand where the OP is coming from on this to be honest. All you all can do is wait to play it and see whether you like it or not. And yeah, they have taken a bit from SWG NGE, it is intentional. To not admit that is to ignore the truth. |

As for the social aspect, yeah people aren't as social these days in spacial chat , not since SWG have I actually ran across people worth talking to. Maybe everyone just assumes no one will talk to them and that's why it feels like Silent Bob world. |

Same here, I've been thinking summer 2010. Before it was known it was TOR, they stated back in 2007 they wanted to get it out the door by 2009. Maybe it's all just meant to confuse us even more. xD |

Not worth playing really, unless you want to spend real cash. I mean Second Life is more fun and that game stinks. |

I love this lol. Kanye is so arrogant. If you think about it, by saying this Tillamook, you are saying that SWTOR will be a great game with many awards and a solid fan base. Ill stick with other MMOs tyvm
lol if you say so. Honestly I could care less how big this game is, as long as it's fun for me. Another game I think will kick ass is The Secret World. |

Dark Horse will release the trade paperback collection of the Star Wars: The Old Republic Webcomic early in 2010, according to Dark Horse’s
The Star Wars: The Old Republic videogame is due out from BioWare in January. The game is highly anticipated; the Webcomic has been exposed to millions of readers since its debut in February.
The trade paperback will be in a traditional comic size.

Sean's post Looks like I talked a little too soon and the announcement isn't quite ready yet. That is what I get for bending my own rule about not announcing something until it is completely ready. But some cybersleuth might be able to find more... |

Now I know we all get caught in hype, false information and guesses, but Sean over at BioWare pointed at this article today, could it be that TOR will be out in January? www.icv2.com/articles/news/16016.html
