I played Anarchy Online for 7 years,and tried AoC when it came out   for 2 weeks (was/is a crap game).I gave up on AO a few months ago due to an ingame incident that neither ark's or GM's wanted to know about.At this time I had 2 paid accounts with full expansions and 15 toons,including 7  220's one bring a 220/70/30 shade;lots of work,and my question is this,The Secret World looks like its going to be a good game,and having read the book and seen the movie on its base play,I am sort of looking forward to it ,but dont want to have the same thing happen to me as in AO;ie   lack of support and patches only making gameplay worse.I dont mind a pay to play game  but I need to be assured that my money just isnt going to be used for more FC parties and not used to improve the game.A reply would be most welcome   Thanks.

Guys,this may not be the right place to ask this but does anyone have any news about Gods and Heroes?I was in beta testing of that game when it was shelved,much to my dissmay,and also anything about The secret world/s,but being a funcom game its likely to be another 5 years before its in beta and then will be opend to public before its ready,its FC's form after all??

Having played AO for nearly 6 years now,I still luv/hate the game.The hate part is that FC seems to now spend all its energies,AND all our payments,in to AoC,which I trried for a week and found it a lost cause as did mostly everyone else that I know that tried it.AO's new engine was SUPPOSED to be online in the middle of LAST YEAR,now we ar at the end of this year and its still not up and running.You got to wonder as to how much of the true-blue AO players money is now being channeled in to FC's new game;Dark Demons,The Secret World.  They will of course deny that this is happening which also leaves me to wonder WHY they dont spend some of OUR money in fixing up the lag issues,that AoC didnt have.It seems they do know how to fix this major issue which only ever gets worse,especially after a new patch,and the patch after that to fix the faults in the one that they gave us yesterday(and so it goes on) AND we still dont have our new engine.MERRY XMAS everyone.

Hi,I am new to playing SS and am having trouble getting my Logitech Attack 3 joystick controller working properly.I can program all the keys for different functions but cannot get the forward/back/left/right working from the joystick itself.Can anyone help me in this please

This is all well and good that fc are making AoC to be a good game;but they are doing this at the expense of all but totally neglecting their game that has beed running for 7 years,of which I have been playing for four and a half,and that game is Anarchy Online. I have it on authority that the majority of the ARK's (advisors of rubi ka,or in-game help) have been shifted to AoC and the AO players have to wait for hours to have a petition answered cause they just dont have enoufg ark's left in AO to do the job properly.Four years ago the lag in AO was next to zero;as it is now in aoc and yes I havre tried it on a friends computor so I do have a bit of first hand experience on this; but the lag on AO now is way bad and only seems to get worse with every MONTHLY patch,YES PPL once a month in AO we get a patch   if we are lucky that is,so you have got to ask the question,when is fc going to start screwing AoC like it has to AO.In my opinion,fc wants to look after its long term payers(players) and use some of the money that AO generates in to fixing AO instead of channelling it all to aoc (like I said    my opinion) If you get the opinion that I am a bit pissed at all the hype that aoc is generasting then you are correct as they should be takin g care of their other game first instead of doing everything for aoc

In the 3 and half years I have been playing AO,all I have seen happen is when a new patch comes out,within a few days,or sometimes even hours,another patch is brought out to fix the faults/problems/stuff-ups that the last patch put in to the game;unfortunately however,these probs have just been escalating and have caused the game to go on a constant downhill slide.SDure,you brought out Lost Eden,to which I subscribed to and have been led to believe that the funds generated from LE were put straight in to the development of Age of Conan,which I think SUX.The so-called new server did absolutely nothing to relieve the many faults that have been escalating over the years,so I am hoping,not holding my breath though,that the new???? engine will actually do something to improve the game quality,AND  while I am on this bitch session,your departments such as support,tech support   etc,NEVER respond to any emails that I send to request help or find out about something that has happened while I have been on-game;so why do you even have these places cause they are not worth a pinch of s--t in my opinion anyway.HOPEFULLY we can look forward to something rewarding when the new engine comes on board.
