Warhammer client has been made completely free by mythic, all you need to do is subscribe if you want to play after the endless trial. 

Do people like Darth realise that Kieron is one of  Englands highest achieving writer with regards to Pc gaming ? If all they can come up with is that he missed a few small things, and that makes his review worthless, show that some people are really clutchin at straws.

What they are adding in this pacth will just makes keep fights lasy longer, making them even more repetitive than it already is.

I'm still playing the game and enjoying the Slayer at present but they do need to add diversity to sieging.

I agree that is one of the biggest problems, they mentioned that in 1.3 they would be adding extra ramps and they are looking into adding extra ways for attackers to overcome the walls.

The keep upgrade system is a way to get guilds and so on to be more interested in defending their keep, I think mythic are trying to stop people capping a keep, leaving it to be capped again then retaking it.

I believe it is hitting the PTS next week. This is a minor patch and not really for adding content in the game, 1.3 will bring bigger changes!

* Karak-Azgal is the largest server in Europe, and also well balanced.
* Karak Eight Peaks is large and sport many active guilds. However, there is a surplus of Order players here and so any Destruction players will find themselves in great company!
* Karak-Norn is of equal size to Karak Eight Peaks and is further well balanced.
* Karak-Hirn is somewhat smaller than the others but still well populated. There's somewhat more Destruction players on the server but this will likely be adjusted soon enough thanks to the Order bonus.

Im thinking of coming back to LOTRO, just started a new trial to make sure that i want to, and for the few hours i played on a dwarf champion yesterday i really enjoyed it!

So i was just wondering what the most populated English Europe server is? my trial account is on Eldar at the moment!

Also, when i last played over a year ago, there were alot of quests that required groups, i read somewhere that some have been downgraded to solo quests, is this true? Not that im particularily worried about that as i know there is plenty of content for solo players!

Also in Moria will you need a kinship to see the end instances or are they all smaller groups?

I have my EU copy from dircet 2 drive! make sure you have the correct  one for your country!! There is also the EA store!

Also do you realise that it has not fully launched, and most of the HS are congregated on a few servers, also im order on karak orrud, and there is no shortage of PQ groups Scen's and open world pvp, so dont throw a tantrum when your server is not very busy, because many are.

Yup, just use the link they give you and patch it up, then when the time comes just enter your full game codes and that will be it, no need to download another client!

Not a bad review, gives it 8 out of 10, though he marks it down for low population!? What do you expect in Beta! Seems the review is taken from CB and OB as he mentions Praag which was only available in CB!

Obviously though they say they are going to re visit it, thought eurogamer gave most MMO's including AoC an 8/10.

Jesus christ guys, some of you really over react at everything! Remember the OB is level capped anyway, i think its level 20.

You have more than enough time to see if you dont like it and to cancel any orders, canceling because they have a short order is completly stupid.

Here is a useful post from warhammer alliance about how GOA has changed in preperation for WAR, it is a good read for those who may of had bad experiences with GOA from when they played DAOC. It was written by Iain, who i think is GOA's community manager!

Personally i hope that GOA have shaped up, i didnt have any problems with them from DAOC but i know may people did, hope this helps!
