Is this the Game that was made with Dark and light's Mafate 2.0 engine?

just want to know if this is what snailgames did with there version of DNL?

and if not what was the game they made?

BadT you must be really bright to no see that i did not say he was the only one to blame but that most of the people in the game blame him for all of it.

PIX i know IKshadow in game not well he is the leader of a Dark guild in DnL.

i think he is taken his hate out on you. becouse he believes most of the problems in the game where becouse of you leaving the team.

he thinks it all your falt he was looking forward to this game like so many. and your the one person that could have made the game work.Yet you pulled the plug and left.

      now as for what is in the contract i do not know. If all is like you say then they have done you wrong, and have done us the same way.

Ikshadow is upset that becouse they did you wrong, and that you also gave up on us as well as them. again If all is as you say i can not blame you at all for leaving the game. i wish you would fixed the game make it work and make everyone happy. then wile there making money and lots of money sue them. you should get more or at least get what you asked for.

its just sad its all worked out this way.

hope you under stand way some people are pissed off at you. they see the resion the game does not work is becouse you left.

Don't want to do this?  Hmmm sounds fishy to me.  If you would expect me to post one of my contracts on this site I would expect the site to be secure enough that you could post all of that information so I knew who was perusing my personal private contracts.  Your request is a little rediculous.  Even if he justifies the situation to your satisfaction it will not influence his court case.  Your (or my) approval or disaproval is irrelevant.

 if they did not pay you for your work on Vworld (seeing it was already make by you.) what did they hire you to do? why did you work for them for so long if everything was already done. ( i have some ideas but i will let you reply to my question.)

he sold them part of it? well that is what it says. still want to know what all this is.

the contract will tell all but i bet he can not even tell us what is in it.

well this is how you can find where everyone is at.

when in Game hit the "M" key

right click on the big map that pops up.

you will see a list of check boxes.

look for the one that says population and check it.

in a few sec the map will turn green the diffrent color places will be where there is alot more people then in the green places.

some will be light yellow and some red.

just find your way to the colored places.

you might have to zoom in to see them.

Pix started work at on for Np3/farlan on

March 2003 for DNL.

It seems his team was also working for them on DNL.

August 2004

And stop working as a salaried employ’s when NP3/farlan stop putting the link on the site for VWorld.

But his team continued working on DNL as subcontractors.

October 2004

VWORLD team is no longer working on the project.

Not sure about how it works for programmers.

But if I am paid to stack boxes and I do it better then anyone.

And I teach the person I work for how to stack then the way I do.

When I quit working for them.

By law I can not cry look that is the way I stack boxes.

You have to stop stacking them like I showed you and you have to undo all the stacks of boxes for the year I have work for you.

And if they have to stop and take out everything you did for them. Then they should be able to take back the money they paid you for the whole time you worked for them.

It seems to me they paid you to do a job.

Yes because of your past work on Terrain and other things they hired you.

Because you used your Vworld code and not remake some new code for what ever reasons you had you stole your own Code and added it to DnL.

And now want to sue for it.

By law you can sue the one that stole it.

but in this case the one that stole it was you.

not sure if you can sue the employer for the acts of a employee.

if you can then they can also sue you for the cost of it seeing you where paid to do the job, and stole the code from your other project.

No I do not work for farlan/np3 or anyone else I am just a player of Dark and light.

And hope the game some how gets fixed.

It seems that maybe if NP3/farlan and you would work on the game and fix its problems there would be more money in it for everyone.

But I would get a contract with them for sure.

have you even played a new released MMO before?

to name a Few EQ, EQ2, SWG,

all had alot of problems and still do.

and they have a large team of Dev's working on them.

so when a small group makes a game your going to hammer them?

“Dark and Light” as I see it.

This game need a lot of work but I feel it will be worth the work. And the ones that put the time in will be rewarded for all the trouble.

The Game is playable and fun the Real fight is about to start with everyone grabbing there land and then trying to hold on to it. This is what the game is all about.

There are bugs and there is lag for most people. Most are getting fixed.
The bugs that stop you from getting in game is the ones that make people hate the game.

The fact that if you send in a bug report that the reply people get from Farlan saying they do not have a account.

And they know they do have an account and know they have paid. And there reply is you do not have an account or have not paid for one.
Lets you know that Farlan Head is so far up its cow it can’t see the light of day.

Yes I love the idea of this game and there are more bugs with farlan and the choice in payment system is the worst.

But hell yes the game is worth all this.
The game and what it will be and what it is now is worth playing its worth upgrading your computer to play.(read more at the bottom)

Yes I know all these bugs are a pain in the COW. And if Farlan does now work on there problems with the Accounting, public relations and Customer service a lot of people will not even get to try the game.

What is good about the “Dark and Light”.

You can see so far in the distance and even if it looks like a back drop. Its not you can fly there and find mobs there and even build a fort there.

Even if the character does not look as cool as some games but when you put on your armor it’s a real peace of armor its NOT a totally new character. It’s your character with an item put on. You can see his flesh in the places where the armor does not fit together.

The flying is cool yes it is a Dragon flight simulator and a lot more.

The combat system at first does not look complicated but the more you look at what it is the more you see that what there doing with it and the more you see it is more complicated and when everything is working it will be a vary good system.

Player customization (how your character looks) is not really in the game yet and it will be with an update after all the other problems are fixed.
There is a lot you can do with your Characters skills and Abilities.

This game in time I see it being the best MMO out. (With a few updates here and there)
