The politicians point and blame the corporations for their shame, yet they clam We take your money and play our game. Yet they Fear that one day you, America will wake up, And see the game for what it is. Remember America they have all Taken an Oath to us. But the biggest crime that has happened, is we as Americans have done nothing and have let them get away with this for so long. Its time for us to wake up stand up and fight back before we are no longer free.

The Price of Gold does Not Go up and down. And if you Buy Gold for a back up, for paper money. Make sure you are the one that holds the gold. What is Gold worth well its used in the making of computer parts. a lot of electrical switches. Nothing like holing 10 ounces of Gold. when you work hard and find it in your back yard its even better. Gold is always worth something. where paper money is not even good to wipe your back side with if. |

I think it's the same thing as taking away your drivers license if you don't get car insurance. There's less uninsured drivers on the road, which means more people pay into the pool, which means you pay less for car insurance. They are going to make people get health insurance, which means the free loaders going to the hospital for free health care will be paying something into the system. So if you COULD afford health care, but you buy a new car instead, you'll be fined. The people that can't pay get free health care if they go to the hospital now, they'll still get it after reform. That doesn't change. But what changes is the people that can pay will have to get insurance, so they can't just walk in the hospital, say oh sorry I dont' got no money, I spent it on a new car, but the law says you got to treat me, thanks, I ain't payin mah bill, bye. Then they hostpital charges you double to make up for that.
Ihmotepp you are not getting it. how can someone that does not pay for our health care. say that they will take over it and pay off the deficit. seeing the Government is not the one paying for it. the people that pay for it are. (we do) So they are saying give us the money and we will pay off our deficit (bill), and we will also give you health care along with everyone that does not have it. |

i really want to know HOW THE Heck passing the healthcare bill will Balance our deficit? Obama has said this time and time again. That it will save us a lot of money? But it is these 3 that have to pay for the uninsured that they have to treat for free by law. (sure they pass the cost on to us their Customers.)
and balance our deficit? If the Government is not the one having to pay for the uninsured in the 1st place? !!!! they just want a way to get a hold of more of our Money. |

Well, OK, fine. So they would be. It still doesn't violate the First Amendment. Which means it would be their problem, not the judge's. The only thing that would matter is whether or not the judge ruled impartially. If the judge were a Christian and he allowed his personal beliefs to interfere with his job as judge, then I would be the first one to say that he needs to be removed from the bench.
The Judge is working right? And we agree he's supposed to do his job. What gives him the right to decorate the court room? That is NOT his job. Can you just decorate where you work however you like? I'm assuming you're not the boss or owner of the company. And if you are, can your employees just hang up whatever they like? It makes no difference what religion the Judge is. He's free to practice it however he likes when he leaves work. Just because you're a Christian doesn't give you the right to hang the Ten Commandments where ever you choose, even if you work there. The Judge doesn't own the Courtroom. It belongs to the People. Now, if the Judge owns a shoe store, and he wants to hang up the Ten Commandments in his shoe store, then he certainly can.
so because the Judge works for the people he no longer has any of his Constitutional protected rights when he is on the job? and i tought it said. Amendment I - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." but you are telling me now, that what the 1st Amendment really said is; Amendment I - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof Unless you are At work and paid by the people; or abridging the freedom of speech Unless you are At work and paid by the people, or of the press Unless you are At work and paid by the people; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Unless you are At work and paid by the people" |

Why have muslim terrorists tried in a civil court?
Religion & Politics « General Discussion 1/11/10 12:15:46 AM
I agree Bill Ayers should have been tried in civilian court. As for all the Non-citizens, all it does is cost the US Tax payer a lot of money. maybe they will Wright a Book about it and make money and then become a school teacher to lead more people in to killing.

so tell me where it said "constitution clearly states religion is suppose to be separate from state affairs." from what i see it said that The state and federal Government are to stay out of religion. Not that religion or religious people are to stay out of the state. but then again i did Read it. maybe you need to Read it also. It clearly says make no law respecting an establishment of religion. What this means is that no law shall be passed with the intention to satisfy the agenda of any religion or religious organization. Amendment I - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Congress shall make no law (with reference to; concerning) an establishment of Religion, or (to prevent somebody from) the free ( practice ) thereof. Dictionary (1913) respecting: To regard; to consider Congress shall make no law (To regard; to consider) an establishment of Religion, or (to prevent somebody from) the free ( practice ) thereof.
How are you getting this Interpretation? by Gameloading "What this means is that no law shall be passed with the intention to satisfy the agenda of any religion or religious organization." under your Interpretation the laws against Murder and stealing should have never been made. seeing they are from religion. ( I know that people can have morals with out the Commandments of God. and we all know murder is wrong. but this is part of the agenda of religion.) So if you are going to interpret the 1st part this way how can you get past the 2nd part. or prohibiting the free exercise thereof Now I think if someone wants to pray even a teacher they should be allowed to. That is part of their freedom, if others want to join it they should be able to. If they can let Muslim students and teachers pray in school they can let any one of any religion pray. (not force them to) when someone start out telling you "What this means"
They are really saying You are to ignorant, to know, or look up the words yourself.
What you should say Is "what it is saying" is that our State, or federal Government can not Do Is pass a law that will force us have to join a State wide or Federally wide Religion, or pass any law against or For Religion. (how then can they pass laws prohibiting prayer? or in some cases prohibiting Prayer of all religions but one religion?) Seeing they left England because if you where in England you would have to be of the Church of England or of what ever Church the King or Queen told us we had to be. (some times it was the catholic church. Just depended on what there King or Queen wanted.) |

Actually, most of the founders were deists who paid lip service to Christianity for political reasons. But even under the tenents of Protestantism, a person's sex life is between them and God and no business of other mortals. Protestant theology stresses that one should foster a personal relationship with God rather the institutionalized relationship that was put forth by the Catholic Church. Likewise, it is impossible under Protestantism for mortal men and women to know with any certainty who is elect and who is damned. Good works are not a measure of salvation in the Protestant theology. In short, Protestants believed that you should worry more about your own soul than your neighbor's. what Founders are you talking about? the ones of the constitution? or the Pilgrims? but yes they did not want anyone to be forced in to a religion like they had been back in England. how would anyone in the USA like being forced to be Muslim?
