EvE needs to have missions be more then just a way to FARM ISK, I'm sorry but a waited so long now 2 1/2 years for missions to do more then send you to a point in pace with an after thought of some story that is not actual gameplay,

I love the EvE story and actual peoples crazyness in game is amusing but I just with the great story of EvE was in the game as game play and and adventure with a story arc that you can get into.

For example in EvE when they say kill this guy he is robbing some one, and he is just sitting there waiting for you. Not once could they have had me have to chase him around, nope just sit there and pop one after the other till their gone.

And the PvP is ok but for most people it is just not worth the time invested to spend the isk on a ship that will have a chance, so PvP is mostly RUN AWAY!!!!

I want meaning full mission and story arcs that we actualy play not just read in an RSS feed.

Maybe Factional warfare will make PvP worth while.

The only reason other people play that do not have the big amounts of isk to loose is that they think it gets better, but only for 10% the rest are pwns.

EvE is noty for everyone because most people actualy want a story in the game that they can play not just PvP only and that's it. And then you have to work for at least a week to remake up what you lost in your ship and most of the time a ships is more like made by the corp and some huge amount of man hrs for one person to have fun with it.

90% waiting to PvP 9% looking for it and 1% doing it.

Change that.

I'm not saying you guys are wrong or anything, but from my point of view, because I also play EvE and it is not so called perfect perfect, EvE is not perfect then how can any game be?

CCP has got to be a HUGE HUGE amount of love for the game they make, but still... EvE has a great story too, BUT the story does not even go into the actually game play!!!

At least Tabula Rasa actually has you play out the story in the game, in EvE there are two stories, and the players which IMO is boring unless you listen to the pod casts and news witch again you are not actually playing the game.

In addition, you can PvP along side the story and have adventure. In EvE you need to make it up your self and worst of all IMO, the missions in EvE everyone of them are to farm for the in game currency / ISK, So even a hugly loved by the devs game like EvE is not perfect as one might think. EvE does not even have ONE real mission and they are all repeated no matter were you get them.

So I know EvE is a great game still, so if EvE is so great then Tabula Rasa is perfect in my eyes.

I do not expect to play EvE month after month and only keep paying to change my skills? well now I got about 18mil SP in it so I can do what I need to, and I'll play once a year for a month.

And I'm going to swap out more often some fun games with stories you play and have goals like Tabula Rasa.

PvP implementations are drowning the rest of the game.

How the devs are doing PvP in this game is pointless and just running in circles.

If you like PvP and always trying to get the better stats then this is a little like that but it is done so much better in other games.

Also you have to wait for your PC to be at the highest levels to even start to run in the circles PvP, oh joy.

I agree, I too am paying and not playing, EvE has been a bore after a while, and the offline always skilling is not what some might think IMO. After 20 mill skill points I'm just going to quit and play about 3 months out of the year and oh well I guess I will just have to skill slower.

But they need a 24 skill queue at least, I would have still played but not been so pissed off from skilling at all times of the day and in the middle of my sleep time. 

Personaly I always liked this game and thought it way well made.

My ONLY complaint was that it seemed repetitive, but then it was one of my 1st MMO's and every one I played since has been repetitive in some way.

But then again I need to slow down and ENJOY the game and actualy do the missions and READ them :)

But now I play more then 2 MMO's, not at the same time but I take breaks and switch between them and CoX is awesome fun.

Hmm, I do think I should of said more though, but I'm just worn out I guess.

Actualy AoC looks pretty good too. personaly though I can not play one game the entire year of course, I'm sure most of you are the same. So I think if I eventualy get a few games I like I could keep trading off every 1 to 3 months on average.

So far the games on my list to play are EvE, TR, CoX, I also play EQII every once in a while but these other games make me not care to play it even though it is a well made game too imo.

In the furture I might play WAoR & AoC. I think games are doing better in the tactical PvEvP departments, so that's cool.

Of course not, they won a war or close to it that's all.

no one can win the game, they can complete their goals but that's it.

But think about it, if this was any other game, would you care? :)

IMO the same people wopuld lover OTHER games like those war games maybe.

SW is about the advnture anyways and stories and not running in circles and not doing lame missions alone and they do not even have to do with the story line, just go from when end to the other.

Dam it even the so call smuggling mission that one dude gives you who know Han solo is nothing close to smuggling except the word smuggle is in the mission story line and that's it.

Oh stop it, like I care if I ever died. The game and its PvP really does suck and I wish they did not waist time on their so call NPC bases too, you know they are lame, didn't you wish they were fun at all?

I knew they were going to suck too, I tried to tall them to make them big and interesting and tactical, but you think they would even try to actualy make something good? Nope, they just made them so they could say they had them in their description on the web site and that's about it.

Please I don't care about ganking, and I never got into PvP long enough to be ganked by a BH because it sucks so bad. That's why it is hard for me to see why any one else even cares.

I miss the time I waisted telling my self this game was any good.

It even sucked back when and then, People just were thinking it was going to get good but it never happened and got even much woorse to boot.

If you purchase the two abilities for Overridable Armor, your maximum is 4000 (gives a bonus up to 8000 resistance points from armor!).

So they can have a max of 8k in crappy armor vice the Smuggler who is in better resist armor who doesn't get that bonus.

Smuggler 1 would end up with resists of 6k (4000+ (4000 - (4000/2)))

Smuggler 2 would end up with resists of 7k (6000 + (4000 - (6000/2)))

The formula always applies, there's no certain threshold where it kicks in.

Who cares about all these stats? You? Why? Don't you want to play Star Wars for the adventure? There are a ton of OTHER games that are awsome PvP games. Not this thow, it is a joke and you know it and what if a friend wants to PvP you and they are new?

Sure PvP in SWG but to make it the focus is just lame and admit it, all it is anyways is a skirmish mode constantly and you get nothing from it except a catch 22 of temp buffs to do the same thing over and over.

For those of you who care about things like Innate armor or what ever. Who Cares!

No wonder this games keeps lagging on, people actualy talk about armor for a snuggler like it's is a big deal, sure they have
