Congratz! The first step is admitting your problem... hehe ;) I can game hop a little but always get back to them to finish em up. I don't hop many mmo's though, if i'm having fun I won't do anything else for a while. |

lol oh boy, I'll go easy on ya bud since it's obvious you never read Robert Ervin Howards books. If you had you would know AoC's graphical theme was very well fit. That canon doesn't have different creatures, just different races of humans I.E. "white guy, black guy or mexican" (lol) Not even sure what you mean about the every 30 seconds loading thing, must be your specs. Sometimes a opinion isn't subjective when it simply is factually incorrect.
As for what I think... I'm gunna go with the majority and say AoC's graphics are really awesome and bloody! LOTRO, EVE and Aion are very nice looking too.

Well I have been playing the single player and have yet to jump into the MP. Makes sense that it's running laggy on day 1. I can only imagine how many copies got sold.

Bethesda's Elder Scrolls MMO wont work IMO.

Funny watching people argue over what is subjective. Reminds me of a thread on the old Warcraft III boards in respects to the development of WoW and how it would..."ruin the IP" lol yeah it sure ruined it.
We should nickname the OP "Little Chicken"... In terms of the old story about the sky falling, not in terms he's a chicken that can't play a pvp game.

I'll chime-in and say I'm not a big fan of the MT modular. I also have played mmo's for 10+ years. Paying a sub fee imho is just easier and gives a level playing field. I do understand the concept and where a use comes from MT. I just see it as too easy for people who have the resources to exploit it.

Surprised noone mentioned the sheer immense ammount of profit blizzard takes in... When it's all said and done they make billions. |

I almost think of it as; The community is too large to implement something like this... But then think it's too big not to do it. My gut tells me most of the player base would like that ingame. |

Earthrise, Champions online, Star Trek online, Starwars The Old Republic, Mortal online and DCU looks like it might be cool. |

I will agree level building is pretty much a RPG staple, yet doing the very same dungeon over and over shouldn't. Endgame needs to evolve because it seems most players tend to burn/race thru all the content on the way to max lvl. All the content not asorbed is pretty much wasted and forgotten.
I'm playing WAR atm, a game that is not perfect and suffers from endgame balancing. I will say that game is very fun to make alts. |

When I say modify I mean Grafitti wars and things that make it obvious who the area belongs to. Would be great if they allow creativity to take place in the game as well. upload your own logos and such. Sounds like a great idea, looks good. The instances worry me and the name, come on...change it. No name is ever "set" until it is mastered on CD and printed on the boxes.
I'm right with ya Slip. If this was open world it would be really be getting my attention. |

Speculate is about all we can do at this point, yet I would say In terms of how much hype this game is generating. It's gunna be quite big... I would think. |

Why should YOU be allowed to play one of the most anticipated MMoRPG's of the year for free. Let alone 2 weeks of play right before launch? Your bitching about 5 bucks when the game will cost you 60 let alone the 15 every month... Yeah anyone who thinks like Samuraisword makes me question general common sense in people. Pretty sad to hate on Funcom and Fileplanet with the multitude of entertainment and service they provide. I'll say it twice people are stupid, heaven forbid they might actually THINK!!!!
