no it dosnt you played the first planet you played the whole game , sure the story has its moments but its just more same thing.

I hate them becuase they take away Developing content or fixing things they should be doing , this might not be true with every company but im perrty sure it is with everquest.  And also the fact the things they are putting on cash  should just be in the game. We already pay 200$  for sub+ expansions so 250$ or so a year. And than they want to charge us 5 bucks per wepon model that should be in the game already.

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/  i bought my rig from there for 1200 bucks or so i can run everything at max settings they put it together they have premade rigs already and you can just upgrade them  and they wont let you put a rig together unless it will runs very good deal my cpu at 1200 bucks was the same one alien ware was offering for 3,000$   i play SC2 at max settings no lag.   i recomend 6 gigs of  good ram , single high end video card  lot of fans  and you should be golden .

Well when you look at it your only going to play that 1 game for 15$ a mounth that isnt so bad thats 180$ a year + expansion or what ever.  But the problem comes up that alot of new games that look intresting charge 15$ a month. Like i was playing everquest for 15$ a mounth than wanted to play Eve online on the side well thats now 30$ a month 360$. i think thats where most the complaining started.

It's not your wow acount is being hacked its your PC being hacked  get anti virus software and stop going on bad websites... in my opnion they should charge 40 bucks to have your acount restored. get an authanticator to it cost nothing.  they dont bother with hacking alloids or what ever its called becuase theres no money in that.  i would be worried more about my bank acount than anything.  Buy anti virus - everyone needs it ...

They didnt need to add real names is the thing they could have just use a handle  let us Pick one toon that we have to represent us. it just breaks the trust with private info i gave them.   And its just realy silly to add somthing like this when they cant even control poeple getting there acounts hacked

im a little disapointed there is no space combat right away but if you realy think about it, its going to be better if they add it in later instead of rushing out some crappy space combat

dont think blizzard or bioware/ea cares about anyother game out there I think those 2 power houses will release there games when they are polished ready to be released.

Try everquest the magician is the class does everything you just said.

TOR is releasing Spring 2011

 

Just becuase they say target is 2011 dosnt mean it will happen most stuff gets pushed back  i think just saying its coming out soon builds more hype.

 

kinda pointless thread? cata will be out this year probly november/october even.  from what i read of kotor it still got alot of work needed still  if this game launches this year the soonest we probly see it is in the fall. my bet  kotor wont be out til 2012 tho

It's only matter of time til vanguard gets shut down,  go with eq2 that game will be here another 6 years at lest.

I doubht more than half of those players that new and return stay very long  alot of poeple jump mmo's more than they change there underwear.  in my opininon that game is lucky that it gets updates at all.

gearscore is a good add on and will be here to stay and probly put into most mmo's,   If you put a little effort into your toon using the random dungeon finder or crafted stuff  moving your 3k gearscore toon to 5k  will happen in no time ,    any one under 5k gearscore  shows they dont put time and effort into there toon and want free hands outs  and wont pull enough dps  pass the first 4 boss in icc .  4700 or so can handle the first 4 bosses  but that gets old fast only doing that every week.  tho sometimes when i know im only doing first 4 boss i will take a 4700.

Edited to add  ,  also when i look for 2 dps to fill a raid or so i will get 7-10 tells and if i dont know any of them  i will look at what class spec will help my raid than i look at gearscore  , im going to take a  MM hunter with 5200 gs over a mm hunter with 4600 its common sense.

alot of poeple dont use Xfire i sure dont,  i guess you can say the game is more popular on xfire but thats not total numbers fact right now , how do you know half of those nubmers are just playing trial?

Not saying its a wow clone but its core leveling system is just another slay 10 rat quests  for exp game. But hey if thats your thing.

other games aren't putting much in there expansions and charging that much for it.  a movie ticket cost 12$ now for 2 hours of entertainment .  a wow expansion will give more than 20 hours.  oh and i hate leveling alot so i am glad they are only going 5 levels

Why play an RPG if you hate leveling?

 Roleplaying games dont always mean leveling.  when i played old pen and paper dnd i had alot of toons that never level'd
