You elimented all the 3d games. All that left is browsers and 2d games. one that comes to mind is Dofus permenent death PvP server. Crafting in Dofus is very rewarding.

I've been looking for new mmos/online games to play with my friends aswell.

Right now we play Realm of the Mad God and League of Legends. now we're thinking about trying Spiral knights and Dragon Nest.

Sadly I cant find many online games where you can do fun things with a group from the get go. =(

I got addicted to this game because of easy access while waiting for the dungeon queue or something to happen in EvE.

I wonder how this game so simple became so popular even with it's permanent death? Is it the chance of becoming so powerful with stat potions?

A lot of people do buy plexs but it doesnt take that long to make money.

Once you obtain your first million it easier to get the next because you would be in a better ship or more SP.

For example a frigate will take you an hour to get a million. A weak cruiser will take an hour to get 10m but a T3 cruiser can safely get you 30-50m a hour. A fleet can get you a 100m per hour.

They make most of thier money off game sales. Also why would they care about console sales when they will sell windows 8 around 250 dollars more than xbox 360.

You are right. You want to avoid making a jack of all trades. Focus on one ship and max everything out for it. I would suggest focusing on cruisers because they can do everything.

Also sence your a few days old. You should get a friend invite on the forum here. Some people would send you money for the free month they recieve.

I've been unsubcribe for just less than a year. In middle of no where out in 0.0 space with negative secuirty status with less than 10m isk. Thankfully I have some ships. Now, I have to try to crawl my way back to high sec to earn isk and find a good corp.

This is so wrong. Untill they remove ADs and Donations out of their list, they are just being greedy.

It's just like WoW where people created a false established general assumption of hatred.  I'll tell you what out of the three consoles, the 360 and ps3 has a bigger library in general, but the wii has some of the best, most memorable, and well... fun games!

 

Your completely right OP, the controller would be great for mmo gameplay.  In fact, i'd say hands down, the controller makes the wii u the -ideal- place for console mmorpgs.

Can you list those memorable games? Other than first party games?

In other words, CCP is alienating their main audience (PC gamers) by bringing the game to the PS3 exclusively. Maybe there enough difference to gather some audience. I mean people still play Warhawk on the PS3. If it anything like Warhawk I'm sure it can gather some sort of audience. Maybe the Corp vs Corp will make it more funner for a certain Clan type audience.

I'm really missing Planetside and If this is like that but on console. I'll totally jump in.

It obvoiusly Microsoft greedy market what cause CCP to release it on PS3 only.

Also, I don't even think their a market in the 360 for another shooter because CoD and Halo fans will stick with those 2. It easier to compete in ps3 market what primrary in Europe and Japan with 50m. While the 360 purchase again and again when it breaks primrary in America around 55m sales. Even my Xbox broke right after i sold it. Thankfully it had warrenty.

I don't know if I'll get this game on the ps3.  I only use the console for multiplayer stuff in house. Mostly Twisted Metal. My decision will be up to how the servers are run. How are they going do the hosting with atleast decent connection!

The best way to play mmos is with a group of friends. You should find some people who you'll like to play with and play the free trial at same time.

EVE travel time just a good time to social. A lot of old school mmos have more downtime then the new ones.

Glad they punish the exploiters unlike Blizzard. A huge reason why I quit cataclysm even when it was a great game.
