AO will always be close to heart it was where i started with mmorpg before i did some uo but never got into that game..
Problem with ao and has always been is that the controlls of the game is so sucky. But interface is clean and you can skin it yourself 100% if you want to. |

What i have seen and heard so far of this game makes me positive that it will get a strong community , i expect it to have minor rottens apples but so does all mmo communities .

Using stolen code and putting up your own servers of course you can get caught.
I dont see anything wrong with the bust. , its another thing if he even gets convicted all depends. |

i dont think you understood what i was saying really.
I was talking about they only expressed theyr opionion on raiding instead of arguing against eachother wich would mean a real debate. maybe a poor choosing of word i dont know but i still understood both opionions about endgame and raiding.. |

Well i have to say this was not much of a debate rather a expressing of 2 opionions.
Anyway raiding i have to agree when you have cleared the dungeon or boss is boring thats problem with raiding the fun is only untill you have managed to do all the bosses or dungeons. If i wanted to socialise with the guild i prefer to do it outside raiding. |

Regardless how i feel about this i think its pretty pitiful to say that a game shouldnt be allowed to excist because one player says so.

What has fallen behind in betas overall is the interaction of the people behind the game with the beta testers.
For instance the forum where the beta testers post maybe only have one community person meaning that a lot of interaction is lost. Of course the devs will be busy working on the game but they need to watch out for what the players want and hopefully build something will make the devs proud and players happy. I remember when i was betatesting outforce not that great of a game but the beta experiance was 100% fun was talking and playing with programmers one day and had a blast chatting and playing with sound tech the next. Of course you cant demand that focus to the player when it comes to larger games but still something in that direction would be fun.. |
