Well long time ago this game used to be(well ,still is, but a lot better) total grind , so they changed rates to 10x or something like that to make things easier to new players .They've added upgrades to droped weapons as well. (by the way you should have done the job change quest at level 20 to gain addicional elemental resistance !)

And you're right , it becomes REALLY harder later ,it'll start around level 40 if you aren't going to buy prems(those boosts your character a lot) , just kite/set up parties and you should be fine .Your only real problem will be money(again , if you don't buy premmies) , the economy is messed up.Your best bets are 1)manage to get to lvl60~70 and farm high level items 2)farm the "grapa set" and try to upgrade it to my +6(I did this , but well , took me like a month to get everything done , and it's not  guaranteed you'll manage to sell them) 3)sell transport scrolls at level 40 area , Jina(takes a while but works, some high levels just buy it to help you out lol ) 4)find an ashram(a must).

After you make your first 10m~20m you should be fine , just resell the "rush sales".

I've nothing to say about the community , it really sucks, just pray to get a nice and active english guild or learn tagalog

Lol I love the game but it's just fucked due to the duping time and taneys = economy messed up , it's barely impossible for you to keep up unless you play for some months with lots , but a lot of persevrance to level with crap equips ;)

I don't think there's a commnad for that , but you don't really need it , just swap the skills you want for the ones you want to take out or w/e

Community has never been Tantra's best aspect , lots of those ph , and so on...Google is your best friend at those times.

For some "gold farmers" is still a abstract term , the videos shows how they work , how is the ambient , etc.

Didn't change my opnion about them , however , I'm happy not needing to play to live lol.

Depends , on WoW the sound quality is really shitty IMO , and it can be pretty lag , though , it's fact that it's a must for organized teamplay and so on.

Don't know alot about this game so don't get ofended with what I'll say:

It's a remade version of D2 , or looks like it.

I might back playing this too , wait for WAR and AION , if they blow I'll prolly stay Lol.

Seeing all negative things people say about this game ,I couldn't be more afortunate. lol

I agree with you overall , except for quests rewards , I like the comissioned quests system.Well I share also the problem of the event times , but we can't do a lot since their money come , mostly ,  from these countries.

In addition , there had been an increase of the bot users numbers , ruining the economy(wich isn't so bad IMO , I didn't have problems obtaining items , and that IS something coming from a f2p game w/ cash shop stuff.)

The community isn't bad either , though people are always complaining on AFK summoners , AFk fishing , stuff like that.

It's action caught me too , I had to be frequently kitting , planing things , rather than just click + alt tab msn + loot items - repeat , making the grinding more enjoyable(I don't mind about grinding , must be fast paced).A good game overall.

I used to like this game , even if it looks kinda gay when you start playing.What fucked up everything was the termination thing (although it's fixed already) and it's VERY misleaded(patches that makes the game worst instead of better) , the company is greedy as hell , the economy totally sucks , you can't survive without buying the cash shop items(and honestly that's a waste of money IMO , I'd rather spend it on a p2p-quality MMO , but well , opnions varies.).

But the game has something that catch you in , lots of potential , something that can just be explained if played. I don't regret quitting it however.

Nah , I find WoW end-game very guild-dependant , maybe I'm unlucky but I've never been able to find a guild with an average IQ > 70 , I hate dying because of people stupidity(arguably I need temperament treatment) , and since I'm brazilian it's really hard to grab some RL friends to play that kind of MMO (p2p) ,that make me dependent of the pubs out there to make good friends .Let's say 1%  of chance , being generous , to find decent people.(gold farmers , botters , exploiters , noobs , anyone?)

And about fun , oh well , don't get me wrong I love getting home to spend some time playing to get unstressed , I just miss the D2 , UO times...

I don't think so.I remember I was addicted at WoW , but I noticed I was more angry while playing than having fun.In addition, I don't think I've had true fun in a MMO since I was a kid , most games nowdays are misleaded imo.

Hmm I'm sure I've seen worst but I can just remember of Waterworld.

I (can have fun with)/(like) almost all styles of MMOs...However I hate almost all of the comunities out there .How about hackers? My dream MMO would be a really kind community with zero hacks , without asian gold farmers and brazilians.(I wouldn't mind about them if they were able to speak english , but most aren't able to , so...)
