 I tried blocking them, you need to block a new spammer every 2-3 minutes or so. They are catching a lot of people with a "go to this website" that looks similar to aions, then of course keylogging their account information and in turn using those accounts.

 

 

Exactly, The issue isn't resolved and I don't have faith in NCSOFT to deal with this issue. I logged into Aion today and there was a constant stream of the gold sellers in LFG. I blocked 12 of them, and a few minutes later more appeared. It's pretty bad to log into the game and see that :(

Me neither.  But often when I hear a female voice on chat. I wonder "Shit i hope this one ain't gonna tear the guild apart with drama"  lol but of course that's not all females. I've met some fantastic female players in games,  I treat them the same as my male buddies though. After all we're just  gamers trying to have a bit of fun :)

Great news. I'm like a lot of the other people, I gave up on folllowing Huxley only because I thought the development had died. I decided to check just a couple of days ago and wham! There is a beta announcement. I wish Huxley the best of luck hope they pull it off !

Yes I was thinking that was a possibility also. I don't think I will go through the hassle of having to wait hours and hours to get a game key sent again. I probably should of just driven to the store and got the box itself. But it would of been at least 45 min drive in downtown traffic YUCK lol.

I guess now I will just have to contact Squre Enix support tomorrow and have them reset my password or something. Cannot wait to play !

Had lost my old FFXI account details and disks and decided to give FFXI another go. So I checked out Direct 2 Drive and noticed they have the FFXI Vana'Diel Collection 2008 for $20 bucks . I proceeded to order and it went through okay. Several hours later I receive ONE key. I was expecting a whole bunch of them for all the expansions

I managed to register with the play online viewer and now getting this message that the password is incorrect lol. I wouldn't recommend buying an mmo from Direct 2 Drive. No reply from their support and I am not expecting one anytime soon either. I was looking forward to playing tonight but I guess that will have to wait.

Has anyone else experienced such issues ?

P.S I was able to get my key from Direct 2 Drive. I had to go to  www.direct2drive.co.uk and have it sent from there. Nothing would work on the US site.  Just thought I would post that here it might save someone hours and hours of frustrating hassle trying to get their game key sent

Great to hear your returning. It really does sound like a great game. Sadly I left after not giving FF a fair chance, So I've decided to give it another go.  If an account has no had a payed subscription on it for while, I won't have to purchase a new account right? I can just reactivate and start playing?

P.S Looks like I'm SOL. I forgot the play ID lol. I just purchased a copy from Direct 2 Drive ... what a mess ... no keys were sent and support is taking forever. I really wanted to play tonight :/

Those screens are looking good. I really like the art style.

Those 42 days are going to come and go REALLY fast. So if they want to have that open beta and release this year they better do it soon. Have to wait and see I guess.

I like the sound of this new expansion I may just download a digital version and give EQ another go. Not really playing anything at the moment and it would be nice to have something to pass the time during the winter months. SOE certainly doesn't waste time with getting their expansions out though.

It was good to see an update. Usually they happen when I give up checking the forums lol and happen when we least it expect it in true Tasos style. It was a good read and Darkfall continues to look more and more promising. Regarding a 2008 launch??? Well I guess time will tell.
