Champions by Hero games as a big comic book fan growing up I really liked making my own super hero and putting the hurt on super villians. The system allowed you to take disadvantages that really helped flesh out your character as well as helping the game master to tailor game sessions for your group. Also there were no preplaned classes only archtypes which really allowed you to make a more personalized character.

Iron Corwn Enterprises with their Rolemaster system and later MERPS. They had a critical hit system that was really in depth and could lead to some really disfigured and mangaled characters or blown to little pieces. I also liked that the system had power points instead of memorized spells allowing you to cast any spell as long as you had the points and ability to do so.

No other mmorpg has lasted me more than the first month.

Those of you who are saying dust is in early beta and wont be released until 2013, were are you getting this information from? Sony seems to think it will be released this year.

Sony Computer Entertainment America President and CEO Jack Tretton has indicated Dust 514 is set for an October release.
He appeared on FOX Business to discuss Sony's PS3 and PS Vita strategy for the next year. The potential slip-up occurred when Tretton was talking about upcoming games.

My top 5 fastest uninstalls are

1 Horizons - It was a laggy buggy pile of crap that I removed from my PC after a couple of hours. It was so bad they renamed the game later to Istaria.

2 Shadowbane was another real buggy game that had multiple client crashing bugs. sb.exe error had me removing the game after dozens of crashes in three hours.

3 Asherons Call 2 The music and band playing kept me playing for a week the no NPCs, no entering buildings and bland world had me leaving after a week.

4. Darkfall was buggy unbalanced and had a pile of exploits. Add in the macroing and cheating and I was gone before the first month was up.

5. Matrix online crappy animations and movement plus bugs and bland gameplay had be out of the game before the first month.

BW did not go far enough. Not only should they have deleted his account, they should have gave a warning to everyone who was in guildchat that did not report him.

I did not subscribe because EA/BW removed many armor sets, titles and customization options during beta. Now I am waiting to see if they return them to the game for free or if they are going to roll out a cash shop. I do not play games with cash shops, ever.

2012 is the first year since Kunark released for EverQuest that I have not had an active subsritption to a mmorpg. I left max level characters in EQ/EQ2 and WoW when those games released their cash shops and I left 2 characters with over 60 million skillpoints each in EVE this past year over their roll out of the Nex store.

I like the game and I will be playing for a while. Having said that if you do not like something why would you spends days doing it?

You do not go radically changing a way a game is played almost a decade after it came out, unless you want it to die. CCP could add new 0.0 regions built the way you wanted. Or a better idea would be to add lore into EVE about the Jove leaving their space and then open their space up that is already on the map. The only way to travel to Jove space and between the systems there would be via wormholes and not gates.

Number one thing by far is Content and lots of it at ALL level ranges. After that I look to see if the game has

2 Fun game play

3 Good UI

4 Good animation( art style doesnt matter but you better have good animation)

5 sand box style over theme park

6 EQ1s Bard, Enchanter classes and Vanguards Bloodmage class(My three favorite classes ever)

7 Strong classes each with a unique style of game play

With Craptic as the developer I have serious doubts the game will be any good.  I am still having fun making content and playing Biowares Neverwinter Nights a truly great game that has lasted a little over eight years for me and still going. Now that is getting your monies worth from a game.

So If Craptic doesnt make the game were I can make and host my own world server I will give the game a pass.

That is great, if it is not a mmo that makes it better than ever mmo on the market.

EVE is the last mmo I am playing and it will get  trash canned from my system when my subscription expires this month.  When I want to PvE I do not want anything to do with PvP and the Devs at CCP thinks you should. Add in the game breaking lag in large PvP  territorial fights and there is nothing left in EVE for me.

Ive tried them all and none of them are worth paying for not even the free ones, EVE was worth it to me until the Tyrannis. It should of been named Tyranus it is that bad.

I canceled my account back in November and I recently reieved an email from them saying they banned my account for suspicious activity. I havent been charged since November so unless hackers paid my sub it is something Blizzard has done by mistake.
