thx for the suggestions ^_^ as for wizard101 - ive tried it but somehow didnt really like it that much as for final fantasy - havent tried the game but played the playstation games so maybe i was burned out already with them as for lotro - its one of the games i play atm, and i always fish in the shire to relax... so unless turbine implements golf already, ill go look for something else XD |

LF Fantasy Game with most customizable Character Appearance / Skills
LFGame « General Discussion 3/02/11 8:40:29 PM
yep Perfect World Online has the most customizable character appearance ever. with a little practice, you can make your toon to look exactly like you. or you may choose to pattern your toon on a celebrity etc here are some samples of my characters in the game:
1. michael jackson
2. jay leno

Lord of the Rings Online: Bang for Your Buck: LotRO
News Discussion « General Discussion 2/26/11 6:07:15 PM
i admire the author for acknowledging that he made some mistakes. lotro can be played completely free if you just grind the turbine points by doing deeds, and there are lotro fansites out there that can somehow guide freeps on how to get these TP's efficiently. |

one thing i like about lotro is that its a relaxing game. you are not pressured to reach the level cap as fast as you can. you can login, go walk around the shire just to enjoy the scenery and then logout. even the bgm is relaxing. for me, its the spa of mmo's XD. |

games currently installed and played (and runs well) on my netbook (msi wind): 1. lotro 2. guildwars 3. linkrealms
3d games tried but uninstalled from my netbook (also runs well but i cant play them all): 1. perfect world 2. zentia 3. unchartered waters online
games i know will run well on any netbook: 1. those 2d games like maplestory etc. 2. those isometric view 2.5d games like trickster etc. 3. those older games like ragnarok1 etc. 4. those browser games like runescape etc.
non mmo game installed (and running well) in my netbook: 1. grand theft auto san andreas 2. diablo 2 3. torch light |

Anyone try Uncharted Waters Online yet?
Open Beta Discussion « General Discussion 9/04/10 8:37:28 AM
been trying it for 2 days now. likes: - low system requirements - graphics - i can choose a fat character/toon ^_^
dislikes: - not many players atm - clicking on doors to enter/exit needs double clicks - controlling/steering your ship is kinda hard
so far thats it after 2 days :) |

started playing this game yesterday. i got curious because it got a good review from massively dot com. yep graphics are kinda outdated but i think it benefits those with slower systems (like me) it even runs fine on my netbook i also agree the controls are terrible, but luckily pet summons can navigate you automatically hmmm what else... oh yes, lots of spam bots in the chat box advertising their gold selling services... leveling is not hard but learning the ropes is kinda steep <-- this might only affect me, since like my computers, im also kinda slow LOL atm i kinda like the feel of the game... i cant explain why... but ill give it 2 more weeks... til lotro opens ^_^ |
