You are right! It make me laugh at people posting that the game sucks on the first day. I have not played yet My inner force tell me This game Is going to be a great one.

I couldn't agree more. I haven't played this game at all but i was really dissapointed when i read this part of the game. I guess im just too much of a traditionalist when it comes to MMOs. Don't like to be spoon fed stuff either. They say they are bring the kind of combat you see in FPS to an MMO but if i wanted to play and FPS game or a hack and slash game with combos that's what i would play. With mmos i like sit back relax and enjoy myself.

Oh and a question for people that have played this game. With the real time combat style how does that effect communication threw typing? If i have to manually do every action will i still have time to let my group know what's going on or will they be able to let me know what's going on?

See, I was in that boat. Honestly, the only games that have really held my attention over the years were AO waaaaaay back before SL, and pre-CU SWG. I've played SO many mmos, it's kind of sickening to think about.

 

I didn't know what to think of AoC when I head about it. I played it in PVP weekend, and liked the combat system. I got into closed beta, and that was it. I saw the potential. Over the weeks, it got better and better, and I experienced more of the world. The more I played...the more I wanted to play. It's been SOO long since I have felt this in an mmo.

A lot of the hate toward AOC I feel stems from the fact that it offers FFA PVP....something that other games had intended to courner the market on, and are now under threat by the fact that there is a quality game offering FFA PVP servers, and it's not vapor-ware. The fans of these other games are afraid that their game will never happen if all the FFA players are already playing and having fun in something else. I may be crazy, but I don't think so, looking at some of these "troll"'s post histories.

I honestly believe that FC has made a quality product that will stand the test of time, is unique, fun, and engaging. It does NOT feel like all the other games I've played, and that's one thing that holds my interest day after day.

The more people who try this game, the bigger it's going to get. It WILL sell itself, mark my words.

Grab a buddy key after the 20th, once they are activated, and give it a try, man. I think you'll like it.

I'm keeping my eye on all this "success", and I'm glad that people feel it's different. I'm going to enjoy seeing how long that feeling lasts and I'm glad there will be 2 or more successful games to break WoW's hold on the market this year.

Cool < want too play but I cant.But in a few months I will Have my new computer!!!! This game is going too be my first game im going too get? See you all in the game
