No updates to the game? How can you say that when they just released a new construct with all types of new drops about three weeks ago?

Ya granted most people don't consider that content or an update but it's still something! The last game update was June 26, 2008 and the update before that happened May 15, 2008. They aim to have a new update every month with SOMETHING added to the game.

I just find it hard to see how you can say there have been no updates...

My guess would be because the way they have made the game engine it would be impossable for something like this to be done.

On top of that you now have to factor in the fact that we only have a small SMALL number of devs (I think two but it has never been made official) and it's just something they can't do.

I have been using the site on and off since it first opened up and so far I have earned enough XP to recieve four 30 day SOE game cards. All of this was done without spending a dime!

It all comes down to the ammount of time and the offers you select. Some of the ones I completed required me to use my credit card info but for those you have to remember to kill your subscription before time runs out!

For me it's a great way to get game time because I don't have a lot of money floating around but I do have a lot of free time heh

Give it a shot! You have nothing to lose if you play the game right...

I think we all knew it was coming... but either way it sucks. This was a great idea for a game and while I played it I had a great time and to me it was one of the best MMOs I have ever played.

Who knows... down the road they might get back up on their feet and try it again... that would be nice ^_^

This was just released today, it's rather small so it should be interesting to find out what all you can do there!

I'm happy to hear your enjoying the game! There is more to it after you get into things and from what we have been shown there is only more new things to come!

You picked a great server to start on, there are a bunch of great people to help you and from the sounds of it you know what I'm talking about! If you are into role playing you shouldn't have any issues finding people on that server to role play with hehe

This game is honestly one of those games you have to try just to see for yourself... your either gonna hate it or love it!

Just an FYI there are still enough trial keys to go around! We don't mind handing them out

The Archive Constructs, Live Events (progressing the story alongside the movie characters), Assassin Quest, Data Mining, and Elite Commando Quest, alongside the pre-existing neighborhood exploration quests and Pandora's Box system all allow for a considerable amount of end-game content.

For PVP any of the constructs offer PVP against the other originations and in the data mine construct you are thrown into a free for all area.

There's literally months worth of material to keep you busy... and if you have a hard time finding something to bide your time with, I promise you, you're just not looking hard enough.  This is "The Matrix" we're speaking of, after all...

Well it depends on what you consider the end game....

You could level your character all the way up to level 50 by doing the missions and what not but still after you reach 50 there are other small things that you can do to keep your interest in the game.

As for the story there is no end game to that. Between the work that one dev does for the live events and with the help of the Live Events Special Interest Group they will always move on with the story.

If you are interesting in a trial key get with me and I can provide you with one. Hope this helped :)

All I have to say is I miss the days of running around Andromeda late night with my EC co-workers just goofing off and having fun.... up until someone showed up who wanted to kill us all

I agree that they need some form of free account if they want to get the type of numbers they had during beta. If they were smart they would do what a lot of smaller games have been doing and have a free account and then a premium account.

Either way I just hope they go through with everything and I don't mind paying them to play again :)

I know a lot of people who use the play won't come back and thats expected.... it would be nice though if we can get people who never played to try it out.... I know it's a long shot but it never hurts to try!

As for the Vixens... I don't know if they are still around. If they are you don't hear from them like you use to heh...
