Not true. My first char will be Witch Hunter :D My second char will either be Warrior Priest, Black Orc/Choppa, or Chosen.

I intend to play AoC too.

My first character is definitely Barbarian. But my second character will be either Priest of Mitra, Necromancer, or Ranger.

Anyway.  You would seriously judge a game by graphics?  Apparently your amatuer at life.  Graphics are not nearly as important as gameplay. I would wrather play a game with great gameplay and decent graphics, than play a cute lil game with great groahics and nothing to do but grind.  This game will be much better than any old grind, and I would wrather have a game with great quests than a game with terrible quests.  Which is why I am looking forward to this game so much.

By the way, they are going to work on the graphics later on in their production..I think it says that somewhere on this thread.

 

If stating truth makes me an asshole then so be it. And yes I do judge it by the graphics because all we have to look at are screens from the game so far. I agree with you that graphics aren't everything but it helps. You say you would rather play a game with great gameplay and decent graphics. I would too, but from those screenshots the graphics are far from decent.

Oh I saw it. I couldn't help but chuckle when I went to the "About CoS' and read that CoS uses "extordinary art". First I read that graphics aren't the main focus yet they are touting the game will have "extordinary art". And yes they did spell extraordinary wrong.

And the rest of what is on the website I've read before. The game promises to be different from the standard MMO. It is going to be innovative. GROUND BREAKING! Blah blah blah. A bunch of words that don't mean much right now, if ever.

Presentation and first impressions mean everything. They have failed on both points. The screenshots of the game are below average and the website looked like it was made by a beginner.

They should have debated longer and decided not to be listed yet.

I've only logged into TR once. Since then I haven't had the urge to log back in. If I want to play a shooter, I'll play FEAR or CS.

If I could actually play the damn game I this would be of interest to me. But since I always lose connection or the game freezes up I couldn't give two shits about SWG.
