Why would you want to come back anyways?

I'm surprised they haven't shut down what servers are left and called it quits.

I think once KOTOR 3 comes out they probably will.

   SOE is the one to blame for the downfall.

I just hope that KOTOR 3 isn't ran by SOE.

   I'm in search of a gaming clan that plays a lot of MMO's. Not one who just does PVP in MMO's, but one that enjoys the PVE of them. One that likes to actually help others out and have fun, not one that is ran like the military where you have to be online at certain times and nights in order to play. Just a casual clan that likes to have fun. Am I asking for too much or isn't there such a thing?

Jumpgate Evolution really has no similarities to Eve except for the fact that they are both in space and are mmo's. JGE is all about the pvp. They are planning on also having pve activities though. No MMO does PVP as well as EVE. There is total loss/gain It effects the universe around you.

The difference between JGE and EVE is JGE is twitch, and most of all, DEPTH. EVE has an insane amount of depth and freedom in the game. There's even an investment market and the stock market.

Isn't your comment on Eve's pvp a matter of opinion?  Considering there are people that do not like Eve-Online's PvP.  Kind of hard to swallow such a statement when everyone has a difference of opinion.  Unless of course you can offer up some sort of proof to make that comment factual?

 I don't even know anyone that likes Eve period, let alone any aspect of it.

Is "The Agency" supossed to be an MMO?

   I don't think I would play this game if it was free.

 I agree, I played it for a couple of months and was disappointed with the graphics. The character customization really sucked too. Everyone looks the same.

  I am going to be one of the disgruntled people there. They probably wont want me back again once I'm done with them.

   Wake up and smell the coffee. Nothing beats WoW. Nuff said.

 I don't know where to look or how to pick what server I want to play on. Are there PVP and PVE servers or what? Where are the servers located? Are they all located in the same time zone? I can't find any info on them or even how to choose one. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

   Any other opinions before I make my decision?

If your getting a PS3 make sure you get the Metal gear 4 bundle which comes with Metal gear 4, Metal Gear Online, the new wirless dual shock controll, 60-80 gig hardrive all for 500 dollars.

   Oh yeah, I've already checked in to that, it will be an 80G Hard drive with the game and the new cool controller, plus some other stuff. And so far the poll is leaning towards PS3. But I'm not rushing in to it.

   They were talking about the servers being jammed up with the release of GTA4.

What the hell are they talking about? The only games with servers are MMO's.

Why would I go buy a console and play a  game and be on a server?? Sorry if it sounds stupid, but i don't get it.

Right, it's not the quanity, it's the quality.

   I found out the hard way that it is best to pick a realm in your time zome. I helps a lot with lag, not to mention the fact that everything will be in your time zone. Believe me, that makes it much easier. I hated playing the server i was on, just for the fact that I always had to remember what the time zone differential was. Then from there pick your realm by PVP or PVE.

GTA4 just came out, and of course it isn't for PC. I really want to play the Force Unleashed when it's realeased in September. And again, it wont be released for PC. There are several games I want to play, but they aren't on the PC. In fact, I heard that the new MMO Age of Conan, will be out for Xbox in the fall. So is the end of MMO's on the PC ?? In case you haven't noticed, the PC trend is getting worse.

   So I want to buy a console, but not sure which one is better. I like the fact that with the PS3 you don't have to pay for online, and it is also a bluray player. But I've been told that the Xbox is a better system, and from the looks of it, it is the one to have for future MMO's. So I want all the pros and cons for each system and your honest opinion.

   If you don't mind grouping for every single thing you have to do, then it's a very good game. But that's not for me, I left after two months, I had to form a group just to go take a piss behind a tree, I'm not a groupie.

   I subscribe to "Games for Windows" & "PC Gamer".  I like both of them and there dedication to PC games only.
