Rules were to leave from the town, cross a bridge, drive through the enemy AB and then return to a designated fb. Only one person finished. I got pushed into the river on the way to the enemy town. (The last screenshot in my first post is on the live server) |

Not really important, but a lie anyway.
Off-Topic Discussion « General Discussion 10/26/07 8:41:30 PM
lol, came across this. I have noticed that the MMORPG boards are actually pretty slow. It does not bother me, as I am a pretty patient guy. However ... I noticed this : Page Created in 0.453 seconds (Scroll all the way down to see page results) It took over 15 seconds to load the page.
Not an important issue, but why lie? |

I'd Like To Return To WWIIOL... But...
General Discussion « World War II Online 9/04/07 7:45:28 PM
I suppose it depends on how you look at it. To find action is easy - look at a mission. There is a bar there that shows how 'full' the mission is. There will be action, but wether there is anything left to use is another question. By far the most overlooked option is the squad tab. If you are not part of a squad you will miss out on this, but basically the squad tab allows you to view all the players in your squad and their current mission. You can then double-click their name and join their mission. |

'The Last Stand' - After Action Reports
General Discussion « World War II Online 9/01/07 6:44:10 PM
Here are some of the after acrtion reports from players during the last event ' The Last Stand' : With Deitrich MIA Kitty put me in charge of the German 1st Squad. In it I had Adorno, d0enitz, Dover, Linush, Spyr0x and Zype, all with rifles. We quickly formed up by the bunker then into vonxoom's truck, then halfway down the road into Miller6's truck, then back again. We got our orders to take the western port area, then our objective was the western side of town around the western AB. Vonxoom's truck took us all the way around and deposited us on the eastern road. Gnpatton - Allied side leader. I leaded the Stuka Squad, acutally only 2 Stukas, me and killa345 with vondain as multicrew. Squad 2 moved to the south of town. Liluh our CO spread is2hot4u, vandoon, piran, shorty1, nova, vllc, and perales about 300m S from town along a wide front. He sent me 1km SW of town to scout. Today I participated in the event LAST STAND. It was an excellent event. Our squad leader was not present so I took charge as well as members from two other SAS squads as my XOs. We were given the South East sector of Dunkirk to guard. We were hit first and hit hard as we were up against about twenty enemy soldiers and a tank with a resupply truck in tow. |

General Discussion « World War II Online 8/12/07 11:06:48 AM
Hi guys, I have had to wipe out all the registered users from the database. I had some issues with people not being able to log in or out, and also have adjusted the database to hold new information. Sorry about this guys. You'll need to sign up again at http://www.pillboxgames.com/RealismEvents Also, if you are interested, the next event will take place on September 1st. |

Well, this will be my last post here, as you obviously have no mind for a senseable arguement. I hope you do keep posting though, it is rather amusing. |

Originally posted by Genahc lol, ok you win. Guess you cannot see humour in anything. By the way - I fail to see how the truth hurts, since I never really read anything here. Just read a load of winging whilst sciming over, so replied with that. Take your personal war elsewhere. |

I started by using my regular name (pillbox), then I tried several others. I made words up, and they were not accepted. I put random letters in, still not accepted. I use internet explorer, and if there is a problem with that then I will not play the game, as 3rd party installations are not on my agenda. Not a microsoft junky, but I do not see the point of installing all this 3rd party software that takes up space and does the same thing. I tried most of them, and I do not like them. Its simple - if it does not work on my system as is, then I will not play it. |

Wow, the community is so great and the gamemakers just as helpful!
Guess, I'll throw this effort out the window! |

Whats up with the registration on the website? Are there any problems at the moment? Whenever I try create a username, it says it is taken, no matter what I type in.
Any suggestions? |
