to take 50% of it...

Just make a true donation to Make a wish and cut the greedy middle man out who cares if they give you

But I mean the trap and hidden door side gets boring if you have more then 1 rogue and that is the part I really enjoy and seeing how I am playing with a RL friend he understands that I get a kick out of scouting and then 1 shotting alot of the mobs,

If we had 2 rogues he would really never get to do anything lol.

We have are level 4 now and have done every quest up to the harbormaster's quest on elite with just a Rogue and a Cleric but that is becuase we know each other well enough there is never a problem with miss targeting or running ahead and getting hit by traps.

If anyone is looking for a really good game that is now F2p this is it but we are P2P so we have everything unlocked.

Well if this sign up is any sign of how the beta and release will go all I can say is let the crying begin LOL

Or find someone who is of like mind and duo. I have a RL friend who we group everynight for about 3 hours he is a Cleric I am a Rogue and we slowly work our way thru each quest we do not zerg even if we have run it before and we are haveing tons of fun.

If you were playing another class I would invite you but 2 rogues in same group make it boring for one of them.

I D/L the new client lastnight and started the 14 day trial OMG I feel like such a noob now. I played UO for 6 years logged in lastnight and was like ok what do I do now LOL

What server do you play on? I was on GL so thats where I started my new char. I was shocked at how many ppl were around in the starter town.

I reinstalled a few months back and there use to be a gem in the corner so you could strech the world window but it had been removed and after asking on the forums there was a problem with client crash that was related to changing the world window so they took that feature out.

I was aking if that had been put back in cause playing a game on a 24" monitor in a window that only takes up like 1/4 of the screen sucks hehe.

Anyone who downloads DDO and expects to get a FULL game with ALL features unlocked at the price of ZERO is very optimistic and very naive.

 

Its a great game for a small group of friends that enjoy playing together and solving puzzles and missions... especially if you're into character building and skill customization... DDO definetely has a great portion of that :)

Shouldn't a game evolve? I understand that UO was a FFA PKers paradise but the game now is so much more than it ever was.

The game has something to offer everyone,not just the PKers.

Just glancing at the skills system, graphics, UI changes, targeting changes and the shear increase in size of the old world is truly amazing.

Compare it to other sandbox games, while graphically inferior features wise this game is right up their with EvE, DF and Ryzom. Actually if we go buy skill system alone I would say it's only edged out by Eve in depth and complexity.

You have to pay for Drow and Warforge on the race and Monk and FS on the class but what he does not tell you is that if you creat a char and play you build up Turbine points or you can buy them but the build up is not a bad rate and you can then use those points to open up those class's and race's it takes awhile but can be done and then the only other stuff you need points for that are a must is the Adventure packs which you can get them all for 3375 points and if you buy points that would be $40 and you would have all the packs unlocked til they make more,

So with free softeware and no sub. you pay $40-$50 and can unlock all race/class/current content, that to me is a good deal if you like the game. The only reason I stoped playing was I made level cap and was not much else to do but that was back 6 months after release I am now playing again and haveing alot of fun.
