They're all biased.  I just get my news online but still don't believe the majority of garbage they report.  

It's not surprising really.  The media always jump to conclusions about everything, just look at the Chris Benoit story.  Immediately, they were blaming steroids without any proof.  In this case, multiple reasons, instead of addiction, could be blamed on the parents.  My advice is, don't take the media garbage too seriously, because it's not fair and balanced.  

Nice screenshots of your house.  It's one thing i miss about EQ2, unfortunately i was too poor to afford anything other than the standard house.  

It got old doing nothing at 70.  It was either

Turbine's sense of direction and incompetency after the the Evendim update.

• Because of a Burglar exploit, ALL players were punished (toggled skills were disabled while mounted).
• Frequency to get dismounted was increased.
• Screams/Shouts for ALL classes were taken away. (now put back in, last patch)
• Crafting Icons changed (reported as a placeholder)
• Guardians nerfed horribly
• R2D2 sound for response indicator (gone now i think?)

Upcoming Book 10 info doesn't look promising either.

If you want a new community, go with LotRO

If you want lots of content and established community, go with EQ2.

EQ2 is releasing it's 4th expansion soon called Rise of Kunark, which will include all previous expansions.

If you don't want to wait, all you need is Echoes of Faydwer, and it includes all previous expansions too.

If you want to PvP, join the Nagafen PVP server (north american).

For PvE, Antonia Bayle (RP) is supposedly the most populated.

Someone actually did a /who on all 12 US servers awhile back.  It averaged out to around 2-5k  on each server.  The /who command though, didn't account for anonymous people.  

Just got some confirmed stats in the for the UK only and upto May07 LOTRO sold 40,000 copies.

Need to get someone to confirm the same for Europe and US now ;)

When TR releases, i'm wondering if the traditional players will be able to adapt to something different.  It's going to be interesting to see the aftermath when both sides collide.
