The game that I can relate Neocron to mostly is Mass Effect. They both have the same style where you fight with weapons in the near future and can level up and stuff. This game would be great if it was free to play. The pay options could be like enhancements for your weapons (really good ones that you can only get with cash) or housing. I wouldn't mind paying money to own a house in Neocron :P

In my opinion (yes, again), i'd say this pet system is somewhat similar to Eudemons Online's pet system, but only u get 3 pets.

it isnt too populated at the moment, but thats the reason i posted it here xD.

The game has its ups and downs, but the overall gameplay is kinda fun. Its like mass grinding xD (find a good spot and ull never stop killing).

Pros (what ive noticed):

Mixing System (kinda fun xD, main part of the game)

Leveling (even your Cores!)

4 different classes

Skills (bought for 10k gold each skill (not skill point))

Fast leveling and exp for the normal server.

 Cons:

Armor and most accessories dont show (not a good custom character engine)

Movement is a bit weird (but still fun for me xD)

Not enough players!

Teleporting costs real cash and gold.

Be patient, check back every hour or so to see if they are up.

MixMaster Online is a new one.

It's kinda fun. You make a group of 3 pets (known as Cores) and you can mix them to make better ones (the formulas are on the main page).

Leveling is extremely easy, I'm level 17 and i just started today.

and yeah i remember when AE was named Dransik, and when u could have someone kill your pet, the guards would pwn them, then u loot their bodies xD.

i also remember having like 8 wolves at once, now THAT was one hell of a time.

Yes but it's for every character, not an account storage. So every ship has its own storage. That's the downside though, I can't get stuff from 1 ship of mine to the other.

hopefully if they succeed they can host ryzom as a free to play game. I loved the beta, and i want to play it again :D!

funny how detailed game designers get when it comes to drawing females. They make sure the model is the right shape and "size" *hint hint*.

9dragons was OK. not the greatest tho.

I recommend Space Cowboy. One of the most different and most-addicting MMORPG to me. Its got flying, spaceship fighting, great drop rates, missions that will add to 1/2 of your experience to your next level, nation wars, lots of players, the works of a great f2p mmo.

I got addicted to it easily when i 1st started playing it. Only reason is because it was so different than any other game ive played before, and trust me i know my mmo's like no other :P.

Grinding in this game isnt your old ordinary click and watch you attack. This one is click, hold, aim, kill :P. kinda reminds me of the RYL type grinding. Click to swing your weapon not to move :P.

That also brings up another all time favorite. RYL2: Incomplete union. That is a completely free version of RYL and its really good. I got to level 50 on it but then the experience kinda died on me after a bit. The game overall though was fascinating, like no other (just like space cowboy ^_^).

Ok I need to transfer stuff from 1 account of mine to the other (main account has i, m, and b gear on it and i need to transfer a gear items from those ships to this one.) and there's a problem. My laptop is a piece of crap and i got so pissed at it that i busted off my spacebar from the laptop and then broke the spacebar into many pieces. Yeah i know i have a problem but anger issues isnt the issue right now. I really need to transfer this stuff over but i cant do it on the same computer. Could anyone please help me out here?

they should reopen NC1 and make it free to play xD. I played the beta with my brother and that was so much fun. Begging for real estate and finding some rich friends in that game while listening to the cops say "Drop that weapon!" when you try to take out a weapon xD. those were the fun days.

The one thing that causes most deaths among an MMORPG's community is going from beta to p2p. This game would have made it if only it had been f2p.

if this went f2p id definitely play it again ^_^, but no games are worth paying monthly for (except for some like WoW and EVE Online :P)

Well yeah but this game was hella fun when I played the beta and there was an actual community in it. Besides the graphics aren't all that bad.

Yes, it is free to play indefinitely.
