It is the aim of Immortal Council to get the most out of Age Of Conan as possible by focussing on committed hard work while working together hand in hand. We expect to achieve our goals with expert organization and structured management throughout the guild.

We are looking for players of all skill and experience levels. It is our belief that skills can be taught and acquired over time. The key is to have players who can play in a team environment. We will not tolerate any behaviour that may be looked down upon in the community. When you wear our tag you no longer represent just yourself as an individual, but the Guild as a whole.

For the lucky people who pre-ordered online you get your key via email......but depending on where you purchased it from depends on when you will receive it.

and what you mean by  where.. like there is 5 game co  uk websites..

><

Well lets see...if you bother to look at what Funcom placed on their website you may notice it listed retail companies to purchase you copy of AOC then you would realise that there are 4 companies -

www.amazon.co.uk

www.gamestation.co.uk

www.game.co.uk

www.play.com

Game (instore) - but you dont get a pre-order code.

As im aware the people who ordered with GAME online got their codes yesterday. I also know that if you purchased it from Amazon online you will still be waiting as my brother is one of them sitting and waiting for his code.

Ok what i found out yesterday from GAME in Liverpool is that the only way you get a pre-order early start up key is that you had to order it online. If you pre-ordered the game instore you dont get one. The only things you get are the mounts etc.

For the lucky people who pre-ordered online you get your key via email......but depending on where you purchased it from depends on when you will receive it.

I ordered both instore and online to make sure i received my key, which arrived  yesterday afternoon by email. Ive since activated my key and it says play begins on the 17th May for people who reg early.

Also something which i spotted while signing in was it  says there are 'limited' places for early start-up.

Sorry for the bad news and i hope this helps some of you.

How many Vanguards does it take before people realize bugs two week before launch DON'T GET FIXED.  There are bugs in WoW that years to fix and they have literally limitless resources.

As for the graphic lag issues, this will never be sorted out.  AoC uses large textures that take forever to cache, so there will always be hitching and long load times.  It is a fundamental core coding issue, and won't be corrected unless they completely change the way their client works which obviously they won't becuase it would take hundreds of man power hours to fix.  Vanguard had the largest MMO client size ever until this monster.  There are striking similiarities between both epic fails and I was a huge Vanguard fan, preordered, and then realized I made a huge mistake when all the issues just never got fixed.

I played this beta and it brought a tear to my eye.  Past horrors revisited.

OMG...are you an employee...are you the Dev of the game...

You know so much...

Lol nope he is a Dev from another MMO hahahha

What i find amazing is that since i started playing MMO's since Ultima Online many years ago you hear the same gripes and moans everytime a new game comes out or is in testing.

What i want to know is why do these people sit and play beta's or the finished games then say 'Yea i knew that was gonna be bad but i played it anyway'. Myself personally if i dont like a game i stop playing and thats the end of it, i dont keep playing so i can keep moaning about it.

For instance my wife purchased D&D Online for my when it first came out and i couldnt stand it so after 3 or 4 days i just closed my account and never played it again..... the end.... as simple as that. I think i know i will go round flaming it on any forums can find. I just left as i didnt personally like it.

Anyway back to my main point i just dont understand why people (and they are probably the same idiots you find in the games whining over the chat channels) dont just leave the game and let others help with testing who want to help not just complain.

Well thats my two pence worth.
