I'm worried about buying the NA version in case I experience extreme lag and find it un-playable.

Is there any way for me to get onto it without buying? Buddy keys, trials etc. I missed the open beta due to my internet being dead.

It's really stressing me out for some reason ._. Really desperate to play this game as well.. Hope this sorts out...

It's the fact they they just took even more money from me for a sub.. even though my account is apparently banned -.- I didn't know companies took money off you after you've been banned for a week... Banned because of a mistake they made.

 

 

As far as I understand digital sales once you have purchased and used a code its like having gone to a coffee shop drunk the coffee and then asked for a refund.  I think you really confused the system getting a refund on the main game having a CE upgrade requesting a refund after and then paying for a subscription.  You should have been more sure that you wanted to play the game when you entered your code in the first place.

If you had not of used the code you could possibly get a refund.  I think really this is a case of buyer beware regarding digital sales you have to be really careful and sure that what you are buying you really want.

Being banned on a forum doesn't necessarily mean you are banned from playing a game.  Your post is also really confusing you say you want refunds but in the same post say you really want to play the game. You sound like a confused little rabbit to me.

If you are truly unhappy and never ever want to play the game again I would suggest contacting your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charges.

 

 

I got a refund for the code I used, the upgrade to CE didn't include ANY code. It just changes a simple name from "Standard" to "Collectors edition"

 

And it's the game I'm banned from, not the forums.

 

And I want a re-fund so I can possibly re-buy the game without all these errors and bans, I'll be moving over to the NA servers.

I'm not surprised this has happened, you should of got a refund on the CE upgrade first then got the SE refunded. This could be flagged as fraudulent behavior in that you're trying to play the CE of the game only paying the upgrade price.

I would re-buy the full game as you plan and try to get a refund, unfortunately I don't think Frogsters customer support is the best.

I requested a refund for the CE over two days before I went through with the refund with gameplanet, they have some sort of refund policy and I was running out of time

Depending on your payment method you should be able to get a refund outside of Frogster. If you paid cash in a store then take the receipt back, if paid with a card call your bank and have the charge reversed.

I logged into beta, didn't mention anything in chat.

And my character on PPC has a perfectly acceptable name.

And I requested a refund before and they didn't reply for a week. And even when they did, I was declined.

This shows how immature you are as you really can't see the error of your ways, or the wood through the trees.     Actually he makes a fair point about rights and expectations; he may be wrong. But, you on the other hand come across as dictatorial and offensive.  You had absolutely no reason to insult him. IMO you should apologise.

How did this thread turn into a discussion about words being limited on an MMO to old men insulting younger boys, and twisting their words.
