I've seen people in game threatning to quit due to there being no political system or battleground yet.

They will be getting added by the end of Summer ^^ for those that are turned away due to the game lacking them.

I'm loving PVP so much so far in the game, even without those implanted yet.

You say "a couple of week ago" when they took Your subscription money... but didn't the game launched at 1st May? That's hardly "couple of weeks" plus don't usually MMO charge the first subscripton after the initial 30 days you tend to get with game purchase? 

 

As for CE upgrade, it's Your own fault. You bought the service, they don't have to refund you really. Doesn't matter you cancelled the actual game. The moment your account was upgraded to CE you used the service. 

I requested a refund for CE before I got a refund for the standard game, gamesplanet have a refund policy and I was running out of time waiting for frogster to reply.

They took all the money off me BEFORE release.

Level 28 right now, and I'm loving it :3

Find people to talk to and a guild and it seems less lonley ^-^

All of those websites seem more expensive than zavvi D: might email them and ask if they can email me the key when I buy it..

Playing US server I got 140 -160ms

Playing EU server I get 60-70ms

The lag on US server wasn't so noticeable on PvE, but it was noticeable in PvP situations, I would recommend the EU server Frogster or no.

(I checked your profile and saw you lived in Glasgow, so hopefully this is relevant to you)

Playing on US has time-zone complications as well, just wouldn't recommend it.

 

Edit : I forgot to mention I got a refund on May 1st, so the day of release because I wanted to change servers. I did this on the online chat - Keep in mind I had queried them regarding a refund a week earlier which may of influenced their decision to refund me. My brother opened a ticket the day after for a refund and he still hasn't had a reply..

I managed to get into live chat with them. They said they'll get back to me in 'a few days' 

Once I get all my money back and all this "Account suspended" thing is gone. I may buy the game in EU again.

I plan on pvp'ing.. So the idea of even a little lag on the US servers is off putting
