Definitely pre-ordering. Eye of  the beholder 2 was my first RPG game and I loved it :)

I'm playing Rift at the moment, but my subscription will end soon. After that, I think I'll play Lord of the Rings Online, and after that Tera and Guild Wars 2 :)

True, but the computers back then were far less powerfull. It's sad to still read "wall of text" in 2012 with gigabytes of ram and multicore processors :)

In real life we have a perfect physics and rendering engine. But people still read books. Shocking.

I totally agree with that to. When I start playing, I want to create my story. And curently I can only do that in "dungeons" and "raiding" :)

Rift have a day/night cycle too.

I see my character as "me" in the game, so being a male and playing a female character feels weird :)

I only played Tera beta, and so far I was only impressed by graphic engine and combat system. I think "overall" GW2 will be a better game.

Interesting. I was thinking about that too. Do we really need leveling? For me the most fun part in MMO's are dungeons, some sort of zone events and raiding. Maybe if they make leveling shorter it would be better, or maybe no leveling at all.

I think the subscription model is dying already, and GW2 will just boost things up. I'm currently suscribed to Rift, but only till GW2 release.
