Always better than raid gear, ofc. 

Why? Because a crafter can take that gear, disassemble it, figure out how it works, and figure out how to make their own products that much better. Therefore, it should always be the best gear in the game and making the best gear in the game should be no small task... more likely ending up costing exponentially more time than it takes to get the raid gear. 

Now, for extremely extremely rare things such a Legendary, where only 1 or MAYBE 2 people out of the entire high population server has a piece of that gear, then yeah... that should be better. General raid gear should now. If the game just throws around terms like Legendary or Ultra Rare and tags them on every-day items.... then well f*** that game anyway.

Everyone has already said what needs to be said about this video, so I really don't need to go into how repetitive, slow, badly written, badly thought out... etc. etc.. I just want to add that on top of all those flaws, it damn near put me to sleep. 

One of those dislikes was from me.

Very few games of recent (say.... the past decade) have had player housing at all.

I'd like to add those to my list as well. 

I was pretty let down by Batman Arkam Asylum about half way through. The game story was amazing, because I love Batman and the villians of Batmans. 

But then, as a game.... it was pretty bad. About half way through, I had realized that I only fought 2 different bosses.... with like 10 different skins. Every boss was exactly the freaking same.

The Witcher.... just isn't my type of game I guess. Linear story telling RPG, alot like Dragon Age.

Also yes, if you laced a happy meal in weed I'm sure it would help the enjoyment of this game.

Sad that they decided to model the characters like that, rather than something more traditional.

As a single player game, I don't think it would bother me to have those sorts of characters. As an MMO, it would drive me absolutely bonkers. 

But, who knows? Millions of kids have played Maple Story, so this game may do well.

I was actually thinking the exact same thing when I read the title of this page. 

I'm willing to bet that if you took every space scene, from every Star Wars movie, combined them into 1 film.... it would barely fill up 45minutes. 

The worst parts of a game's community seem to congregate on official forums. WoW, EVE, DCUO, and every other game I've ever played in the past are no exceptions. 

There has only been one game that has a good official forum, but that's probably because the game itself is not the official game, just a remake of what some company who shall remain nameless completely destroyed.

The game is not made for people who spend more on their computer than their car. It's made for everyone else in the world, and it caters to them quite well. 

If you were expecting great graphics, better than any MMO ever released, then you probably should have looked at a few screenshots before plopping down 150eu. What you should have been expecting, was an update to WoW's graphics, because that's exactly what they are. WoW's graphics at release were of the same quality. The graphics of SWTOR are quite similiar and designed to run on alot of machines. 

That said, the game runs great on all my machines. My 3yr Old Gaming Machine, that was equivelent to yours in early 2009. My   1yr old semi-gaming laptop, that I use the most. My wife's computer, which is I built last year to run WoW on Ultra and that's it.  And it even runs on one of my crappy old dual core, integrated video, laptop that doesn't even have its own screen anymore.

But, it really doesn't matter if you didn't like the game. There are 100,000 other players ready and willing to take your place. I'm sure Bioware won't miss you at all and will be happy to take your money for one of their other new releases that do cater to those who spend more than someone in Africa makes in 10yrs on their computer. 

I'm not going to flame, but this is a fitting end.

I played this game back in 2003 or 2004 and I didn't play for very long back then. I doubt anything would change my mind now.

It was a unqiue setting, with the same ol' same ol' grind until you die mechanics with very unappealing combat. Extremely cookie cutter with a unique setting. 

Idk what it's called, it's just multiplying by hand and it's the same. 

The division you're talking about is a technique called Long Division. The same concept is taught in higher level math, such as Calculus I to III, to solve differentials.

I have to steal this one. I regret my 6month sub to Darkfall before trying it, yet only being able to stomach it for a couple weeks. And I regret buying 2 copies of Fallen Earth, which I barely played for a month. I bought the second for a friend as a gift, but the game was so bad he didn't even care to play. And of course the trainwreck that was Warhammer. I think spent a total of 10hrs in that game before I gave it up. That's $5/hr thrown out the window.

And even though I got my money back, without any hassels what-so-ever, I do regret buying Xyson last year. I don't really regret that I bought it, what I regret is spending about a week going around a trash dump salvaging, before realized that clicking that button repeatedly was pretty much all the game was going to be at least for a few more years. 

I don't remember where I found it, but the top image is photoshopped. Even if it were real, which it's not, it wouldn't say HUD. It says HUD because it's a photoshopped image of a windshield..... which is how I found it.

The top is used successfully in camera technology turning the point and click camera into photos that look like a professional has shot them.

The bottom is a doctored photograph of something that doesn't exist yet, but that technology is used by aircraft pilots all the time.  Very useful.  If that photgraph was real it wouldn't be a parlor trick it would usher in the new wearable computer rendering all technology we already have worthless.  The tablet, home computer, laptop, and smart phone would disappear over night and we'd have wearable computers and interactive entertainment.  You wont have the need for your ultra thin screens if you could wear what looks like a simple pair of glasses but see a HUD.

They are both photoshoped. 

The top is supposed to be the windsheild of a car. Not a camera attached to the car, the actual windsheild. 

The second is a representation of it being fitted into normal glasses without much extra. We are actually getting very close to both of these, but neither are fully to the peak they need to be at to really see agumented reality become useful in every day life.

You're probably not going to find a good game that you like to Host. OpenSim is Second Life, it can even use the same Second Life client. 

MMOs are propritary and aren't open. 

However, I think MuOnline might have went full public hosting. I dont' feel like checking, but it seems like I remember something. It was a really good game, but the community & most screwed up economy I've ever seen completely ruined it, so I never maxed out. 

Also, maybe Diablo3 when it comes out.
